  We were in town visiting family and needed a vehicle to seat 4 - 5 people. My son has previously used the Enterprise located in Lawrenceville. Amanda assisted us when we picked the Tucson. Everything went smoothly and we were soon on the road and ready to spend time with our family. The Tucson was a great vehicle to travel around in. It had a smooth ride and everyone had plenty of room. Victoria, Amanda and Sherry were all present when we returned our vehicle. It was raining pretty heavily and they worked as a team to get the vehicle checked in. They were all friendly and verified that there had been no issues with the vehicle.

  I rented a car from them online. I called the day before to confirm they’ll have the car for me. I was promised that there were two minivans and one of them was for me. The day I was supposed to pick up the car they called me early in the morning to say there’s a delay getting the car because of a government contract. Hours later they called to say they don’t have a car for me. By the time they called me most rental places were closed. I couldn’t get another car.

  Outstanding service Great rates, really low and affordable. The staff worked hard to meet my needs. John & Conlon were especially helpful. I had to make changes with my 3 week rental and the staff remained professional & friendly throughout the process God bless them all

  I rented a luxury vehicle (Genesis GV70). After I had the vehicle for one day I became aware that the vehicle was missing the passenger side wiper blade. The wiper could potentially damage the windshield. I proceeded to call the Lawrenceville office and look to resolve the issue. There were no cars available and I was told to try back the next day. The other solution was to take the car in myself and get it repaired at their approved repair shop, or do it myself and be compensated for my self repair. The manager was belligerent and uncooperative. I ultimately don’t want the vehicle damaged by the defective wiper and now it started raining and I am stuck with a dangerous situation.
