  Place is nice, people who work in the Lawrenceville Branch are nice, service is nice. The area manager Caitlin is just a rude and mannerless person. Our insurance rented the vehicle for us due to our family emergency. Enterprise called us and wanted to make sure we return the car within the allocated time frame; we could not pick up their call. However, we returned the car in the allocated time frame without a hassle. Caitlin the area manager for enterprise messaged us both my wife and I and left a distasteful message. This is very unprofessional and not sure how come someone with this level of IQ work as a regional manager.

  The day after Memorial Day is probably one of the toughest operational days in the rental car business, yet this Enterprise location handled it better than many premier airport locations I have experienced in my professional career. Cars were parked everywhere, the lot was packed, and there was a line of five customers ahead of me with insurance reservations. The team cleared that line with remarkable efficiency, professionalism, and teamwork. I have used this location for years, and while Enterprise corporate still needs to address the drainage issue in the parking lot, the local team continues to demonstrate what a truly high-performing operation looks like under pressure. This is now my second positive review for this branch because consistency matters, and this team continues to deliver. Well done to everyone involved. You represent the Enterprise brand exceptionally well.
