- MTMark TwainAug 24, 20261.0I went to return an unused steering wheel cover that was still in its original packaging with the receipt. A Black man who claimed to be the manager was very rude from the start. He raised his voice, was arrogant, and flat-out refused to accept the return even though the item had never been used. Finally he threw out the cover over the table and went inside the store. There was no reasonable explanation just poor attitude and hostility. A simple return turned into an unnecessary confrontation. I did not expect this kind of service from Advance Auto Parts. Warning to others: if you need to return something at this location, be prepared for problems. The manager made the situation worse instead of helping. I recommend avoiding this particular store and contacting corporate if you run into similar issues.
