- MMMichael MosesJun 3, 20265.0I called before driving over and Anthony, General Manager, assured me that even though they were short-staffed, he would make time to personally change my battery. I read the reviews about good customer service, but they were all understatements. I have gone to a lot of places and had batteries changed over the years – and all were very good - but I never experienced customer service like this. Anthony spent a tremendous amount of time cleaning every part of the cables and battery tray and meticulously installing the new battery. He also took the time to explain how batteries work and what causes them to wear out over time. While he was doing that, I was checking out some fender and air intake bolts that were missing and asked if he had those. After he finished with the battery, he went back-and-forth trying different ones until he found the three sizes that would fasten everything. Then he installed all of them, even having to crawl under the car to make sure it was perfect. All without charge and a very welcoming and courteous attitude. You can tell he really loves his work and values his customers. It would be difficult for me to go to a different auto parts store next time. He is an exceptional manager.
