- MPMike ParkerJun 29, 20263.0I recently went to this location because I have a warranty on my tires that I got a half a year ago from them. Although the tire was fixed beautifully and they honored the warranty, the customer service wasn’t so good. The entire time I was there, I kept hearing the worker at the desk, complain about me coming in with my warranty and not getting anything else done. I was there to fix my tire, with a warranty, so why would I need to do more work on my car for no reason? It’s quite a shaming experience. I must give credit to the technicians for doing a beautiful job though. Although this was my experience this time, other times I’ve had a pleasant experience. They were honest and polite.

- SPShlomo PomerantzMay 26, 20261.0I had a terrible experience. I made a appointment to get a oil change at 6:30, which is a half an hour before they close. When I got there they seemed upset to see me and told me to come back tomorrow, I told them I had a appointment for today, so the begrudgingly said they will do it. They then quoted me a price that was double the amount they said it was on the phone, I told them in that case to forget it, and they told me they already emptied out my oil. After waiting for a while, they told me they would fill it back up and I should get a oil change somewhere else. Over all I had a terrible experience, and would highly recommend you don’t waste your time here, and go somewhere else.
