  I had an outstanding experience with the team at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location on Route 88 in Lakewood, NJ. After a frustrating experience at another local branch where my reservation was mishandled, I stopped into the Lakewood location looking for help. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and eager to assist. A special thank you to Chris Hawryluk & Tom DeCristofano, who went above and beyond to get me into a rental truck and back on the road quickly. Chris and the entire team turned a stressful situation into a great customer experience. Their sense of urgency, professionalism, and commitment to customer service truly stood out. Because of the way they handled everything, this will be my go-to Enterprise branch moving forward. Thank you again to Chris and the Lakewood team for the exceptional service! Highly recommended.

  This place NEVER answers the darn phone so don't even try. It was probably the most frustrating aspect of dealing with Enterprise. I set up a pick-up through the online service and they never arrived so I called quite a few times. Finally got a ride over there and stated nobody answers the phone and one guy is there. Mentioning he was out of the building and couldn't answer. When I was returning the car, I called quite a few more times without an answer. Once again got a ride to their store, walked in and mentioned nobody answering again. The gentlemen said we were busy, one guy at a computer, this guy walking around and one patron. Ridiculous..... I will give them props with once I got there it ran really smooth. The rental car that I dropped off though, got re-rented to another customer within 15 minutes right from the parking spot it was in. No cleaning or anything so it makes me wonder how these cars are for everyone. I don't usually write too many negative reviews but why have phone numbers if you cant at least answer for the future customers?

  I Reserved a SUV here days in advance, when I showed up on the day to pick it up they said they don't have it. I had many other options when I was reserving to reserve at other places. Lessoned learned don't rely on booking/reserves they wont count for anything.
