Jeff Carrington super salesman helped us to purchase our trailer and Fred helped with antisway hitch and tow package. They roll out red carpet to sell you a new camper, then when multiple issues arise within months they feed you a bunch of BS about getting approvals to do repairs. Also try and make any excuse they can. Stay far away! Tent camping was easier than dealing with a company that could care less about standing behind warranty.

We couldn't be any more aggravated with camping world. We bought a used unit we were told via email our motto is "buy today camp tomorrow" that was not the case, along with other issues, we ran into buying this camper. We took delivery of the camper a week later. After they told us they were cleaning it and putting a camping package worth $2500 in the camper. Needless to say, the camper was not cleaned.It was not detailed.We did not have our package.There was previous owner clothing still in one of the cabinets, they never had a mechanic go over this camper. Because we noticed the axle was bent and broken. Back and forth on the phone.With the new jersey location and corporate, trying to get this resolved. Nobody wants to take ownership of all of the problems that we've ran into.Nobody wants to help rectify this situation.Answer phoneNobody wants to take ownership of all of the problems that we've ran into. I drove 3 hours to see an RV only to be told by a 3rd sLwsperson later that it was sold. Waste of my time and money. Then they tried to upsell me an RV that was double the price!! I was ready to buy, cash in hand, but you will never get my business again!

Wish we listened to the poor reviews and avoided this dealership. Unfortunately, our experience with Camping World was anything but ideal. First, I want to say that I waited a month to write this review because I wanted to give Camping World a chance to make things right, but they didn't. From the beginning, the sales manager was unfriendly and unaccommodating. They were not willing to budge on the price, stating the RV was in excellent condition-it was not. We drove from Massachusetts to New Jersey and ended up spending over 5 hours at Camping World waiting to take the RV home. The tech that gave us a demo was incredibly friendly and willing to help us. However, when walking through the RV was notice several items that were damaged that were not shown to us in the video walk through. The RV was NOT cleaned as they said it would be. After driving almost 6 hours we were disappointed to see that the RV needed repairs- including but not limited to a broke window shade, trim pieces missing that exposed cables to the slide outs, a torn sofa, etc. We were told they would order the parts for us and they did order a few small parts. They told us they would replace the sofa but it could not be shipped to a residential location- which was fine. We offer to pick it up from our local Camping World in Massachusetts. Well, in the weeks to follow, no one responded to my multiple emails or phone calls. When we were getting ready to leave the property, my husband was having trouble getting the jacks up and went back in to ask for assistance- the man who came out told us to "watch a youtube video" which I would do if I wasn't at the DEALERSHIP. Lastly, when we arrived home. My husband found a broken cable on the slide out, a cracked sewer pipe and an issue with the battery terminal. Never again will I buy from this company.
