At the time of sale, everything appeared to go smoothly, and I was looking forward to using the camper with my family. However, my experience after the purchase has been extremely disappointing and concerning. When I arrived to pick up the camper, I had a scheduled appointment for 1:00 PM. Despite the appointment, I waited nearly three hours for your staff to install the hitch on my truck. After finally leaving the dealership towing the camper, I received a phone call from your staff informing me that the hardware on the hitch had not been fully tightened.
This means I left your dealership towing the camper in an unsafe and potentially dangerous condition. I find this completely unacceptable, especially considering the serious safety risks involved for myself, my passengers, and others on the road.
Unfortunately, the problems continued during my very first camping trip one week later. The camper’s bathroom was backed up, and people at the campsite had to help me pump out the black tank. We then discovered that the tank was still full of waste left behind by the previous owner. This was extremely unsanitary, embarrassing, and something that absolutely should have been cleaned and inspected before the camper was sold.
Between the unsafe hitch installation, the excessive wait time, and the unsanitary condition of the camper, I feel that the camper was not properly prepared or inspected before delivery. I will not be returning for any kind of service. The service manager said she would provide me with a gift card for my trouble on 2 different phone calls and I have not gotten a thing.

This place sucks. They’re all liars. We paid 1900.00 to get our camper fixed. After 4 months, finally getting it back, plugged it in at our seasonal and the hot water heater still doesn’t work. Camping world refuses to help us. Now we have to pay to get a mobile tech. out to us. I would NEVER buy from them again or trust them with repairs. DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR AND CHOOSE A DIFFERENT RETAILER. Horrible service.

She took the time to really listen to what we wanted and never once made us feel pressured or rushed. Instead, she patiently walked us through more than 30 trailers until we found the perfect fit.
What impressed us most was how genuine and dedicated she was never overbearing, just consistently supportive and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond every step of the way, and because of her, we are now proud owners of our new RV.

Had an amazing experience purchasing my first RV. The walk through was detailed, not rushed. The Finance Manager didn't pressure me to buy anything additional, and explained everything well. Greg our sales person not only answered our questions, but was helpful post-sale to follow up with a few concerns I had. When Im ready to upgrade, I will definitely come back here. I highly recommend buying an RV from here.
