  Do NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE! They sent me 1/2 of a wing for my NV2500. I called them because when I held it up, it was too short left to right. They told me to send a picture, I lightly put the bolts in just enough to provide them with a picture. Then they told me I installed it upside down! I told them it came with no instructions, they sent me instructions. The instructions showed that I was positioned correctly. Then I told them I needed a refund since they product isn't the correct width. They literally told me that it could NOT be refunded since it was installed! It's not installed! Don't tell me to send a picture to show you what I am telling you, then tell merI installed it. There isn't even a mark on it! GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Take your fleet somewhere else as we obviously will be doing! Calling BBB next!

  Jeff Slocum, We received the product on yesterday and had them installed the same day. Wanted to say thank you for a flawless process. Your immediate response to my on line inquiry was unusual. American Van took the order and shipped the same day. The product was received in full as advertised. The product is quality and well engineered. We are back at work better and more prepared then we were 1 day ago. Thank you for your professionalism. Anthony

  I purchased a bunch of tilt bins before but this time when I receive them the lock bars were bent so that they bind when they're installed on the Tilt bins I've called and they sent for replacements The Replacements are doing the same thing and the service representative said they're all the same this is really disappointing since I've had no problems with the Tilt bins until now
