I made an initial reservation at 9:00am on 29 May 2026 and I was told that I would be picked up in a hour. A half later I received a call back stating that they made a mistake and no vehicles were available and no other close by locations had a vehicle which is ridiculous. I finally obtained a vehicle at 5:00pm. The vehicle has extremely damaged cosmetically and was loaded with pet hair from front to back. I needed a vehicle and had no choice to take it. I proceeded to ask when I returned the vehicle if I can get a ride to the Cadillac dealership and the manager stated that it would not be a problem. I returned the rental car yesterday and I asked for a ride and they stated it would be about 15 minutes. I waited inside then I was told they couldn't do it because it was too far. There was not a single customer there and I asked about returning it to a closer location and I was quoted to have to pay an additional $100 to do that which is ridiculous. I am senior leader for the Army and an approving official for travel for my team and I will no longer approve them yo use your company for rentals again and I will be passing this information to the other senior leaders to follow as well. Horrible and unacceptable from start to finish and I had to pay for an Uber to get to my destination. This should be 0 stars. Still no response as of 9 June
