- MRMarybeth RossiSep 29, 20262.0Came for an oil change and was talked into a transmission change and a filter change for the air cabin filter. Had a 20% off coupon that I just received via text two days ago that expired two days ago and they would not honor it. The only reason that I opted for more than just the oil change was because of the 20% coupon. Do not bait and Switch your customers. This is for corporate because the employees at the Seekonk Valvoline were wonderful
- AJamanda johnstonSep 29, 20265.0Adrian and Mark provided outstanding service during my oil change today. They were friendly, funny, and respectful from start to finish. I really appreciated how they clearly explained my options, answered questions, and made the whole experience pleasant with their great attitudes - all while maintaining utmost professionalism. These two are a fantastic asset to your shop. I'll happily return as long as Mark and Adrian are working there!
- FRFrankie RuizSep 21, 20264.0Friendly ppl...however, you have to make sure that they inspect everything that comes with an oil change....because either they forget or they just don't want to do it.
- LCLouisa CoralloSep 18, 20265.0Always a very friendly, quick and thorough visit. I was really happy and surprised to learn my car had a recall that the technician made me aware of! I wasn't ever notified by the car dealership! Highly recommend Vavoline for all your care car and needs.
- JZJuan ZuluagaSep 15, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great service! I took my 2024 Ram 2500 Cummins in for an oil change, and the hood latch was accidentally damaged during the service. They immediately took responsibility, went to the dealer, bought a new latch, and installed it at no charge. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how you handle them. These guys handled it professionally and made everything right. Very responsible and reliable. Definitely recommend this Valvoline!
