They ask a lot of great questions and make solid recommendations. They were all friendly and professional. My wife’s car needed a little more work than mine. They explained everything in detail about the services they were offering, and it was a no-brainer. Again, a really great staff.

During a routine oil change for my truck, I noticed that I was charged for replacing the drain plug and gasket. In my 55 years of driving and owning vehicles, I have never been told that these parts needed to be replaced during a standard oil change. This charge came as a complete surprise to me. It appears that these additional services may have been unnecessary, and I am concerned that customers are being charged for items they may not actually need. I would appreciate an explanation as to why these parts were replaced and whether this replacement was truly required for my vehicle. I have always expected honesty and transparency when paying for vehicle maintenance, and I hope you will address this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response.
