I’m from out of state, and somewhere along the way a front cross bar bolt fell out leaving the bar dangling down the center of the undercarriage. Eli came out and helped me take out the bolt currently holding the bar so I could drive safely without worrying about it getting snagged and causing major damage. They did not have to help, and there was no hesitation from them. I appreciate their help more than they probably know! Great service!
