  I had a great experience with Autobahn Autorepair. They performed a very good service on the car and had a very quick turnaround, both during inspection and final repair. Highly recommend using their service for auto repairs.

  I took my 2014 Ford Fiesta se to Autobaun Auto because my check engine light came on recently. They did a diagnostic test and they gave me a detailed list of everything that needs replacing. Luckily I came to the right place! Nicole was so helpful telling me the order of importance of repairs. So far I got 4 new tires, front brakes and rotors. Thanks again Autobaun Auto!

  1st time customer, seems very honest as they take pictures of areas of your car that need repair so as a customer you assess. Very customer centric experience. I will be using Autobahn to service my Audi moving forward. I would recommend!!!

  Autobahn Auto Repair on Harrison Ave in Kearny, NJ, has been a great partner. They showed flexibility and patience as I decided what to do with my Mercedes, offering clear explanations throughout. Jesús, the owner, was particularly helpful and professional, thoroughly answering my questions about the overheating and misfire issues and providing a detailed estimate without pressuring me to proceed with repairs. Although I ultimately decided not to proceed with repairs, I confidently recommend Autobahn for their honesty, communication, and excellent customer service. I would definitely consider returning for future repairs.

  TL;DR: Billed for work they refused to do. Car returned not fully assembled. Brake quote 60% above my regular shop. My warranty administrator approved $2,883 in repairs, including the control arms. I asked Autobahn to do that approved work. They called and told me no - a partial repair wasn't worth their time. Yet they still charged me a $150 "administration fee" that their own estimate says applies if the claim "gets denied and the customer decides not to repair the vehicle with us." My claim was APPROVED and I requested they do the work. The car came back not fully assembled. Interior trim loose on the back seat, and I had to find the retaining clips in the trunk. Their rear brake quote was $1,466. My regular BMW shop quoted $895.94 for the same job, with Genuine BMW pads, OEM rotors, and a 2 year warranty. Paid the bill, and will be taking my car elsewhere to get this work done. Would not recommend any BMW owners use this shop.
