  - Booked a BMW, was given a Toyota. The lady at the desk snarked "my BMWs have less than 700 miles on them, you're not getting one of those." - Returned the vehicle 2 hours early in perfect condition. 15 hours later I received a notification that "my vehicle has not been returned yet" and that Sixt is charging me more money. - Attempted to get Sixt customer service to fix that, and said they could do nothing until the local branch closes it out. - Said they could not contact the local branch to fix that and it is up to them when they get to it. - Did not authorize Sixt to store my credit card or personal information

  The attendance are always so kind and helpful when picking up the vehicle and returning the vehicle and especially with any lost items, I forgot my easy pass came back the same day and was able to retrieve it instantly and also forgot the case to my Meta glasses and was able to come back next day and retrieve it no problem. The workers are Always willing to help

  Just started using Sixt for the last few rentals, and I’ve been customer since. They make the rental process so easy and effortless, and the staff is very helpful. Chris who works the front desk is the man! Always tries to give the best deals possible and he is very helpful. I’m definitely going to be a Sixt customer for a long time.
