  The process of booking was so simple online and really easy at the pick up counter. I had some questions prior to my booking, so i stopped by the kiosk during a mall trip, Shane was so helpful and kind!

  They didn’t have the a car in the same category that I rented. Then, the line is sooo long and they are so slow, it’s ridiculous

  Chris set me up with a beautiful upgrade to a new BMW after I waited in line for more than I would’ve liked to. Staff was friendly and efficient. I will be back!

  Extremely frustrating experience with Sixt. I left my wallet in the car and realized just 30 minutes after returning it, but even after several days trying to contact the branch, it’s seemingly impossible to reach anyone locally due to the company's decentralized call system. Make sure to thoroughly check your car before leaving. If you lose something or have an issue after you’ve left don’t expect much help unless you can physically return to the branch.

  Have used Sixt many many times. My only negative comment on this drop off was where the heck is the sign outside the mall car park?!?! Are we to just guess entering the Avis, Budget, Hertz and whatever else was written would yield success? Need better signage loose a star for that. Other than that the car hire was fine as always.
