  Hey everyone out of all car rentals sixt is way you need to purchase your vehicle. Speak with Chris from Newport mall was extremely helpful,very informative. My girl and I was purchasing a vehicle and we had to go through some much just to rent out a car after all the waiting hewas patient and helped us get out a car. If anyone who wants to rental a vehicle go in person and speak with Christ atnewport mall. Brother I highly appreciate for everything you done for us, for your patience, service your consistency and all. We will definitely go back thank you buddy. Great guy.   We rented a car for a daytrip - Shane (hope I got the name right) was super friendly. It was uncomplicated and we didn’t have too wait in line. We came early it was not a problem. If you need a car you should definitely go to Sixt in Jersey City Newport Center

  I rented a car for two days and it was my first time to rent a car in the USA. Everything was perfect. I really recommend it and a very big thank to Shane! He was very nice to us. He explain us everything! I will return in the future for sure!

  Shane made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Employees like him are the reason companies like Sixt thrive. I’ve rented many vehicles in the past, but Shane raised the bar to a level I didn’t know existed. He’s courteous, genuinely listens, and addressed everything with the utmost accuracy. What sets Shane apart is that he doesn’t just do his job , he makes you feel like you’re his only customer. I have never in my life experienced this caliber of customer service from anyone in any industry, and I don’t say that lightly. If every company had a Shane on their team, customer loyalty would never be in question. Because of him, I’ll absolutely be a repeat customer and will be referring friends and family without hesitation.
