  Love the customer service, David is great. Cleaner cars than competitors and a better website and app experience. Also love the option for after-hours drop-off

  I only dropped off my car here, but was running late to do so with an early close on a Saturday and no after-hour drop-off temporarily. David was super patient and informational when I called on the phone. He was willing to help me out, even though it was definitely on my part. Thanks so much, David!!

  We generally trust National but would never rent from this site again. They did not clean the car between uses. They gave us no other car options at a busy holiday time, so we had to take the unclean one. When we got in, there was a large ball of what seemed to be human hair in the center of the dashboard. Then, when we turned on the A/C, it stirred up what we later found to be massive amounts of animal fur in the backseat, which sent my husband into an allergic episode that required medical intervention. If you can rent literally anywhere else in the tristate area, do that.

  Great rates, great cars, smooth checkin and out. To the review who said he had trouble returning his car, you weren't listening. They literally say "remember the spot number you leave, you'll return it right there." Staff were great, too. 5/5, will be back.
