- AGanthony goodSep 4, 20261.0Very disappointing valet parking experience. This has become a recurring issue every month. The valet service continues to increase the monthly fee, yet there is still not enough capacity to handle the cars. Despite being a monthly subscriber, we are repeatedly told that valet is full and asked to use self-parking instead. What is especially frustrating is that monthly subscribers are not given any priority, even though we pay a recurring monthly fee for the service. If you continue increasing the price, the service and availability should improve accordingly. Management really needs to address the capacity issue and provide the level of service that monthly customers are paying for.
- IOIsaac O'ConnellAug 14, 20261.0Understaffed, and the staff were not very communicative. Waited an unusually long time both to park in the lot and also to get the car back.
