The staff have also been friendly and helpful, both in person and whenever I’ve had questions about my account. Overall, it’s been a reliable, hassle-free experience, and I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone looking for monthly parking in the area.

If you lose your ticket or even make a simple mistake like inserting it and not canceling, or scan not correct side of your Whole Foods receipt - they immediately start acting like they run the world. Zero understanding, zero professionalism just attitude. Get over yourselves. It’s a parking garage, not a throne.

This place is no longer competitively priced considering you are forced to park on level 4 and above due to Whole Foods parking that is rarely full. If you use the LAZ parking app, the bar code doesn't work here. You need to grab a ticket and then hand your phone and ticket to an attendant to open the gate when leaving. Disappointing overall.
