Whatever info you get call back and ask again... and then call back and ask a third time. No difference with the installer! Plan your time around leaving your car for 2 days. I was told 1-3 hours then "assured" 3-5 hours. I planned my day around that info. Missed 2 very important appointments. Then the car was released to me with the device improperly installed. Shut down like 2 mins from me leaving the shop. I had to leave my car parked and tow it back the next day. Shop owner was getting screamed at by another customer while I was waiting on my car for the same reason. Given info one day and then totally different info the next day.

The machine provided by intoxalock would not allow me to start my car in numerous occasions. When I called customer service they informed me after numerous attempts of using the machine the only answer would be to tow my car to my nearest mechanic. After trying a few more times on my own it finally worked and started my engine. Will not be dealing with this for much longer and switching over.
