  I strongly advise truck drivers to be extremely careful with this shop. I purchased a tire here and raised concerns about its condition and safety. Instead of professionally addressing the problem, they refused to properly resolve it. The female receptionist was extremely rude, aggressive, and verbally abusive. She used disgusting profanity toward me, including insults about my mother and father and offensive language in Arabic. She basically told me, “This is what we have. If you don’t like it, do whatever you want.” What shocked me most was that this behavior did not appear unusual there. While I was waiting, I personally witnessed her arguing with and disrespecting other customers. I also witnessed employees arguing, cursing, and speaking to people in an extremely unprofessional manner. Management appeared to see what was happening, yet I saw no meaningful attempt to stop it. I also witnessed another driver having a serious dispute with the shop over his truck and delayed repairs. The situation became extremely hostile. I also observed practices that raised serious concerns for me regarding DOT safety and DEF/emissions compliance. I am not making a legal determination; I am describing what I personally observed and believe the appropriate authorities should determine whether everything complies with applicable regulations. Between the tire issue, the hostile customer service, the constant arguments and profanity I personally witnessed, and my safety concerns, I cannot recommend this shop. Truck drivers should carefully inspect all tires, parts, and repairs before accepting their vehicle.

  I’d like to share my experience with this repair shop. Honestly, they did a terrible job. Kiki and his brothers are absolutely not trustworthy. They took tools out of my truck without my permission, and they disappeared. While working on my truck, they hit my door with another truck, broke the door handle, and then did an awful paint job trying to fix it. After that, the door wouldn’t even close properly. They broke every promise they made and missed every deadline. Their staff is completely untrained, and I strongly recommend staying away from this place. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. A separate note for my fellow Muslims: please don’t assume you’ll be treated honestly just because they are Muslims. Unfortunately, their religion had no positive impact on the promises they made or the quality of the service they provided.

  I have to say I was really impressed by the entire operation of this facility. It was also one of the owner repair facility close by that facilitated both tractor and trailer. The staffs are very friendly, they get you in quickly and also the price is very reasonable. If you're in the area and need truck repairs, I definitely recommend

  Liars. Especially be careful with Abdula. Paid for used tires not recp and he installed recaps and they will refuse to take it back. Wont answer. Dont buy anything they sell exco. Crap. These are my hub cap next day down the road. Stay away from this place.
