  Outstanding experience from start to finish. Ja, Rojie, and Taylor were all incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. Everything was exactly as promised—no upselling, no surprise charges, and no pressure to buy unnecessary add-ons or insurance. The pickup process was fast, straightforward, and genuinely pleasant. This was honestly one of the best rental car experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this team.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Enterprise location at 21 2nd Street in Jersey City. I rented a luxury vehicle from May 26–29, 2026, and was shocked when the vehicle was delivered to me covered in dead bugs across the windshield and front bumper. This was not the level of cleanliness anyone would expect, especially when paying for a luxury rental. I immediately brought the issue to the attention of the employee assisting me, who I believe was named Raj. Rather than providing a clean vehicle or having it cleaned, I was instructed to take it for a car wash myself and was assured that I would be reimbursed for the expense. I followed those instructions, paid $20 out of my own pocket, and left the receipt in the center console as requested. When I returned the vehicle, I discovered that I had been charged the full rental amount and was never reimbursed. I contacted the branch and spoke with a female employee named Taylor, who assured me she would “take care of it.” Several days have now passed, and nothing has been done. Since then, I have attempted to call the branch multiple times and have received no answer. The issue is not the $20. The issue is being told one thing, doing exactly what I was instructed to do, and then being ignored when it came time for Enterprise to honor its promise. Between the dirty vehicle, the inconvenience of having to clean it myself, the unfulfilled reimbursement promise, and the complete lack of follow-up, this experience has been unacceptable. I expect far better customer service and accountability from a company of Enterprise’s size. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that customers think twice before renting from this location.
