  I had a horrible experiences today morning. I was in a hurry to return the car so I went in at 8 am once they opened. I went to the office parked the car outside and the person named Taylor told me to park the car in the garage for which she didn't give clear instructions. She just told me to drive across the BJs parking lot (it is a huge lot and you wouldn't know which side if you get into BJ's). I had to call her multiple times to get the exact location and it took more than 15 mins as most of the roads were one way over there. She could have literally told me that it's the LAZ parking behind the building. I would suggest at least have some markers or make sure the person inside knows exactly where the parking garage is instead of giving unclear instructions. "For the first timers here. The garage to return the car is the LAZ parking just behind the building mentioned on the address before Jimmy Johns and you have to go to the 8th floor where there is National Parking spaces mentioned". You can check out previous reviews for pictures of the lot entrance. It would be easier to first put the directions on the maps for LAZ parking behind the building before you start so you don't have to get caught in all the one way roads or drive through BJ's parking lot (which is very confusing if you are a first timer)

  Alamo provided excellent service, even after business hours. A special thanks to Mr. David from Customer Service, who stayed back after his shift had ended to assist us. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly saved our day during a stressful situation. We are extremely grateful for his outstanding support and exceptional customer service.   Très bonne expérience avec Alamo Rent a Car à Jersey City. En arrivant de France, tout s’est déroulé très simplement. L’agence est facile à trouver et l’accueil a été professionnel et efficace. Le véhicule correspondait parfaitement à la réservation, propre et en très bon état. Aucune mauvaise surprise concernant le paiement, tout était clair dès le départ. Le retour du véhicule s’est fait rapidement, et la caution a été restituée sans problème. Je recommande sans hésiter, surtout pour les voyageurs venant de l’étranger.

  I was allowed to book a car through the platform for an office that was closed. I arrived at 6 as per my appointment and the place was closed. When I called customer service, they asked me “do you really need a car this weekend?”. Absolutely horrific experience and will NEVER be renting a car from this company again. All I got was a there’s nothing we can do. I was stranded in a city without transportation and will be filing a formal complaint.
