  This was an excellent rental experience. It went very smooth. Everything was clearly explained. If I ever need to rent a car again I will definitely go back there. Ricky was fabulous.

  ⭐⭐☆☆☆ 1 Star – Worst Rental Experience I’ve Ever Had My experience at the Enterprise location in Jackson, NJ was absolutely unacceptable. Ricky Diaz reserved us on a larger vehicle (which we never requested and they said they would provide as we were going through insurance). This car was with a hidden a higher charge of $110 for 5 days and it was never disclosed and made us sign the rental agreement. Once we got the charge notification we asked for clarification and wanted to get a smaller car that was within our budget. Then he would not change to a smaller car nor cancel the rental saying you already signed the agreement but we did not even leave the parking lot when we noticed the up charge. I had to travel another 30 mins to a different location to get a smaller car within the insurance range. What makes this even worse is that I was never properly provided with an updated rental agreement showing the price difference and the new charges. When I later requested a copy of the updated agreement to verify the charges, I discovered that Enterprise’s own corporate office claimed they could not access the document and told me I would need to contact the Jackson, NJ location directly. Unfortunately, the email had to be sent by Ricky again at Jackson location and this time he kept saying there are errors sending email and it returns an error even with other email address that we provided, making it impossible to obtain the documentation I need. How can a major rental company overcharge a customer, fail to provide the updated agreement, and then be unable to retrieve or send a copy of the contract afterward when the car was changed? The lack of transparency, accountability, and customer support is shocking. It is likely that the overcharge will be refunded as I complained the corporate office… I am left questioning whether this is a serious business operation or some kind of joke. Customers should never have to fight to obtain a copy of the agreement that justifies the charges they are being billed for. Until Enterprise resolves these issues and provides proper documentation, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. Extremely disappointing experience.
