Went to this AutoZone Store #6441 in Howell, NJ today and was greeted by Shane and Rich was also there. Shane is a TOP shelf employee with great knowledge and able to converse clearly about warranties and the parts needed for my car. When I say TOP SHELF I say it with years of experience working on cars and he was just so polite too. Never let that employee go AutoZone. He is extremely valuable to your business.

I had a great experience at AutoZone the other day. My car battery died unexpectedly, and the manager went above and beyond to help me out. He was professional, patient, and even helped change the battery for me right there. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. I really appreciated the kindness and quick help — definitely recommend this location!

manager wouldnt replace a battery that was bad from another autozone they gave him a call to make sure they had the battery so i wouldn't drive 20 mins to get it replace once i got there manager was on his cell phone never said nothing then he decide it was time to work he ask what kind of battery was it i explain to him that he got a call a few mins about the exchange then he said since i just bought it and he didnt even check battery that he couldnt change it even tho he told the other store that he will since it is under guaranteed then i ask him to call the other store so they can explain was going on he just said no he went in his power trip and got my battery and took outside even tho i had the manager from the other autozone on the phone he was even surprised how he was acting.try to buy the battery again the manager straight refuse to sell it to me then the manager just went outside to smoke while i was talking to the other manager on the parking lot that was helping me to get the battery from another autozone wish there was negative stars
