  My experience renting from Enterprise was perfect, both when picking up and returning the car. The vehicle also met all the specifications I had requested, and it was in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly and clearly provided me with all the information I asked for. The only negative point I could mention is that I found the insurance price to be high relative to the rental cost, but I needed it since I was going to be driving many miles on the highway. I will definitely recommend Enterprise.

  Raj provided the smoothest pick up experience I ever had with a car rental. In and out quickly and very professional. Drop off was also a breeze. I would book again here for sure.

  really kind and chill staff! we picked up the car first thing in the morning when the office opened, then dropped it off a few days later before closing—both times the folks who helped us were really friendly and made the pickup and drop-off process super seamless

  This was a good experience. The vehicle was easy to handle and got good gas mileage. Although there were stickers and warnings all over thw inside cabin about smoking in the car and the fee, this car smelled like cigarette smoke. Everytime air would initially blow from the vents, it was Very noticeable. They need to have it professionally detailed to remove the odour completely. I do not recall having this issue in the past and it is unfortunate that it is so challenging to regulate. I was told I got an upgrade and that may be true but this vehicle was nothing special. Usually I take photos of my rental to show my friends, bit not this time. It felt like a Mom Van. But to be clear it definitely served it's purpose, was dependable and reliable. I appreciate this sensible option.
