  Enterprise Hoboken is one of the best kept secrets for NYC and Jersey Rentals. It is just a few blocks away from the Path train and once you get there everyone is super nice and helpful. I would like to give a special shoutout to Raj Rampaul who helped me so very much get the right vehicle at the right price. I would not have been happier with how everything went from the time I got the car to the time I returned the car! Thank you to everyone who helped facilitate this rental. The car was clean and well maintained.

  This place is great. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was in and out within minutes. Do you go to a Car Rental Place and they are not prepared specially in the busy season

  I have about 50 enterprise rentals under my belt and none of them were as disorganized, disappointing as Fort lee, New Jersey. My family and I flew in for a funeral, so we reserved a car for 9:00AM for just a basic small car. We received a phone call at 9 and were told our car wasn't available. We then arrived at the physical location at approximately 12:00PM and again we were told there were no cars available... It made me wonder what the point of a reservation was? We waited until 3:00pm where a scratched up, cigarette smoke-infested, stained ceiling Toyota Corolla was available. The staff was unhelpful, and rude not only to us but to other customers that came in as well. If anyone has been considering using this Enterprise location, I'd sooner recommend to you the discount car rental lot across the street.
