He acts like he doesn't want to deal with customers at all, even though customer service is his entire job. Don't go there and don't ruin your day. I had to cancel my reservation because of him.

He doesn’t give correct information and he has an attitude as if he doesn’t want to work. Unfortunately I had to call the company twice and he was the one who picked up.
