⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service and a Great Overall Experience!
I had my brakes done at Mavis today, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and took great care of me while I waited. The customer service was excellent, and everyone made the experience pleasant and comfortable from start to finish.
One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail. They decorated the waiting area for Halloween, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch! They even had candy for customers, making the wait that much more enjoyable. I also loved their amazing die-cast car collection. As a car enthusiast, I really appreciated seeing all those awesome cars on display!
On top of that, they have a great selection of tires, with plenty of options to choose from. The service bays were busy, and it was nice to see the team working on vehicles while I waited.
It's refreshing to find a place that not only takes care of your vehicle but also cares about the customer's experience. Great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and those little extra touches really make a difference.

I've been around to numerous repair shops at this point in my life and I've never encountered anyone nicer, or more honest than Ray. Pointed out repairs I didn't need now to save me some money, but made a quality pointed argument for the things I needed immediately to ensure the proper operating condition of my truck. Ryan made the repairs and at least for the ride home everything was smooth as butter. Chris handled the checkout and that was fast and easy. I've found my new repair shop and couldn't be happier for it. And they have free air!

Wanted to take a moment to extend my gratitude for the exemplary service that I received at this Mavis location. They are extremely courteous and hold themselves to a very high customer service standard. I have frequented multiple locations over the years and this has been one of the best experiences, by far.
The reason for my visit was that my low oil indicator was lit on my dashboard. I had walked in simply asking to have my oil topped off. The ASM Phil asked probing questions to see if I really needed a top off or if there was an underlying problem. Ryan, their technician, uncovered what the issue was and brought to my attention. They both took the time to bring me into the service area so they could walk me through exactly what the issue was.
Needless to say it was something that should have been addressed by the dealership where I recently had my car serviced.
I chose this location due to a conversation that I had with the store’s manager, Ray, months ago. He left a lasting expression that made me feel confident that they would be fair and honest in their dealings with clients.
Although Ray wasn’t present that day, Phil and Ryan did not disappoint. I have multiple vehicles and will be leveraging this location for all of my car needs. They just gained a new client for life!

I went there to replace my valve stem from my tire and they did an excellent job for replacing it and install my tire. They are all exceptional in their service. The staff Mercedes is very accommodating, Phil made my day great for not paying me for replacement of my valve stem and install the tire again. RJ the tech is fast and did a great job. I am going back again if I need again their automotive service.

Went to a few different Mavis shops by my place for a oil change WITH an appointment one day. They were both "slammed " and the managers had attitudes, and told me I couldn't wait and needed to come back or leave the car. I have no ride back. I went to this Mavis and stopped in to see Ray. These guys are courteous and professional. No upselling. They took my car right in while I waited. It's a smaller shop kinda hidden in Hillsborough but worth coming too. The other Mavis stores could learn a thing or two on customer service from this place!
