My grandmother had a flat tire in the shopping plaza and brought her car to Mavis Tires, where they immediately assisted her. As I went to pick her up, a storm broke out with flash flooding, and Greg directed me to a safer, sheltered spot so my grandmother could get in the car safely.

The staff was very helpful and courteous in diagnosing my AC unit and TPMS issues. Everytjing was thoroughly explained, and I was able to transfer part of the job to Rahway closer to hame for that which remains to be done. I will be back, for sure!

I knew I needed brakes so I called over to the Mavis location in the ShopRite shopping center on Highway 35 in Hazlet. I’ve been there before for tires, wheel, alignments, etc. They had me stop over to see what I needed and to give me a price. They were able to take our SUV right away since we weren’t going to wait there. Any time we go there, we get five star service. The SUV/car has always been ready at the time they promised. If there is any issues whether additional needs or time frame they call to explain and let us know. The team of Andrew, Greg and Bella are simply said AWESOME! We will continue to use Mavis for all our vehicles and service needs, even something as simple as an oil change.

I needed 4 new tires for my car so I called Mavis in Hazlet. I spoke to Kelly and she was great. So knowledgeable, professional and gave me the best deal she could. I spoke Billy the mechanic and he is also very nice. , He explained everything about what he was doing to my car and did a great job and kept my car clean.

I recently visited ShopRite, while there my car broke down. According to a signal on my dashboard I figured it must have been a dead battery. I walked over to Mavis and asked them if they would help me. They greeted me with a smile, and quickly helped me. After many minutes of trying to jump the battery, they realized the battery needed to be replaced. They helped me with a quick replacement, for a great price and the customer service was amazing! I could not have asked for a better team to have helped me in this type of predicament. I highly recommend this facility. They were helpful, hard-working, kept the facility clean, and they are fair priced. I will list below the individuals that helped me. I'm sure if you ask for any one of them they will be very happy to help you!
