Greg helped up front and took care of me with me a discount. Steve and Greg fixed the tire and did an excellent job and made sure it was done correctly and my sensors were off. Both were friendly, respectful, and professional. Greg went as far as to offer help if there were any issues with my tire moving forward and even told me his only day off is Monday. Felt like I was talking to a couple of old friends and will definitely be a customer moving forward. Little things like a small discount and pleasantries and offers to help in the future as I was leaving make a big difference. Check these guys out for your tire needs, you won’t be disappointed.

Greg and his team were very professional. From the moment I walked in without an appointment to the moment I left Their staff collectively all played their part to make sure that i felt comfortable and informed.
I had a very minor issue with my vehicle and Greg Found a way to work on my car simultaneously to all the other cars that were being worked on. It was a simple repair, but what stood out was that he saw somebody in need and decided to Stop what he was doing to pay it forward and help a stranger.
The repair was quick, the communication was intentional and they now have a new customer.

I had a slow leak in one tire and a big nail in another tire. Mavis in Hazlet is my go to tire shop. I showed up there at 8 AM. The mechanic told me that he would try to repair the tire with the big nail in it, but he wasn’t sure the repair would hold. He could have said “you need a new tire”, and I would have believed him, but he didn’t. He was able to repair both tires for a very reasonable price, and I was out the door at 9 AM. Great service!

5 stars! I had a nail in my tire and Mavis was able to get me in on a Sunday afternoon. They plugged the tire quickly and, to my surprise, didn’t even charge me for the repair. Friendly, professional service and they really helped me out when I needed it. Great customer service and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend the Mavis in Hazlet!
