  Young crew very respectful, but left a mess a oil all over the engine and caused unnecessary smoke to occur driving away. Also charged me for a oil stabilizer and didn't actually add it.

  My 2nd time here and it’s an even better experience than my first. Very helpful crew. I can see they really do great work. The communication between the crew is fluid. Definitely coming back, this will most likely become my regular spot. I got my rear differential fluids changed, my transfer case fluid changed, my oil changed, transmission fluid changed and air filters. All needed to be done long ago. Took about 30 mins or less. Thanks yall!

  Always reliable and friendly service. Time is always taken to check tire pressure, lights, wipers, filters, fluid levels, and overall conditions of the vehicle. They’ll always let you know what’s going on, but never pressure you to purchase any additional services.

  EVERYONE, and I do mean everyone there was helping with my car! I felt like a NASCAR driver lol. I appreciated the communication they had with each other, and with me. Showing me my oil, filters, etc feels more like real service than just saying "Oh, by the way, you need this." The speed (actually 15 minutes) and the transparency keep me coming back - thank you!

  My daughter needed an oil change, and I advised her to go to the Rochelle Park location because we have been there before and had a good experience. Her car isn’t even a year old. Since she was in the area, she went to this location instead. Our information is already on file, and when I previously paid for the same service, the cost was $80. Today, they charged her $120. My question is: Why wasn’t the exact same service performed that we had done previously? Instead, they upsold an 18-year-old on an additional $40 service that, in my opinion, was completely unnecessary for a car that isn’t even a year old. I find it very disappointing that they would take advantage of a young customer who may not know what services are actually necessary. If a customer’s vehicle and service history are already on file, there should be transparency and consistency, not unnecessary upselling. Very disappointing experience and, in my opinion, bad business practices. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
