  Customer service is great, pickup and drop off is always fast and easy. They even provide drop off service. Vehicles are usually clean and ready to go with little wait time. I'm hooked on Enterprise there is no other for me and my family.

  ​1-Star Review: High-pressure tactics and zero transparency ​I will absolutely not recommend this Enterprise location. My recent experience here was incredibly frustrating and highly misleading. ​During check-in, the staff pushed the extended insurance on me aggressively. They explicitly told me that I would be personally charged for any dings or minor scratches on the vehicle if I didn't purchase their coverage. This was a blatant high-pressure scare tactic designed to force a sale, completely ignoring the fact that my personal insurance and credit card already provide rental coverage. ​They were not transparent at all and the entire process felt predatory rather than helpful. Selling unnecessary coverage through intimidation is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and money—take your business elsewhere.

  Stay away from this location! Would not recommend this Enterprise location. I’ve rented from other Enterprise locations before and never had any issues, but this experience was completely different. I had to exchange vehicles three separate times and they all had oil light turned on after 2 or 3 days. Use other locations and if you can make the trip use the Lodi one! All they have are Nissan

  If I could give a zero I would. Worst customer service ever! The car I was given was not registered, got pulled over and got a ticket. Yomi an employee and Manny the manager of the Hawthorne branch assured me that the ticket would be paid. It was not. Now Manny, has been dodging my calls and currently has me on hold for over 45 minutes. I did not want to have to write a negative review with hopes that Enterprise would do what they said they would but this inconvenience has gone on for too long and others need to be aware. Also check the registration cause the cars are not always updated. The body shop that recommended them is also aware of the situation and trying to press Manny to get this ticket paid.

  I recently rented a Toyota Sienna from the Enterprise location in Hawthorne, NJ, and the entire experience was outstanding. The Sienna was exactly what I needed — spacious, comfortable, smooth to drive, and packed with great features. It handled perfectly, had plenty of room for the kids. and felt very well-maintained and clean. A huge shoutout to Manny Torres — he took care of me from start to finish and made the whole rental process effortless. Manny was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. He’s the guy you want to work with at this location. Thanks to him, picking up and dropping off the van was quick and stress-free. If you need a reliable rental in the Hawthorne area, go to Enterprise and ask for Manny. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend them (and him specifically) to anyone. Top-notch service and a great vehicle! Highly recommended.
