Took my 2500 Silverado in for an alignment and now it whistles when going highway speeds. Loud and annoying! Not sure why but it never made any noises prior to my visit. I would’ve given 4 stars but not being able to contact the guys in shop directly and having to use call service is not ideal. I have used Mr tire before (and probably will again) and never had any problems. Now I just have to find the time to go back and figure out what’s going on.

Roman was great...however your technicians need to pay attention more. Did not put any air in my tires...left the tire pressure light on. I have hand prints and grease marks all over my white suv. Also....they were too lazy to peel the prior oil change sticker off the windshield. They just put it over top the last one. REALLY? It just makes a customer wonder... did the technician do my oil change and tire rotation correctly. Did I even get a new filter?? Sounds petty but think about it. This was my first disappointing experience with Mr Tire.

Wife’s tire had a slow leak with a nail in tire on way home from work the other night. I called Mr Tire- Hammonton at 5:30pm to see if they could fix it tonight. Michael said yes, stop by and we’ll take care of tire. I was there in 15 mins and they had me on the road before the 7pm closing. You guys are the Best-thanks!!!

Got 2 vehicles oil changed and when we got them back there was grease and oil on the steering wheels door handle hood and shifter. Called and was told that there guys use gloves. But Micheal who waited on us and gave us our bill. his hands and clothes were filthy. I get it that it is an oil and tire place but they should not have grease and oil on customers cars. There were no covers on the seats or floors like times before

Brought my car in to have the oil changed and when I picked my vehicle up there was oil all over the interior of my car and even on the exterior when called to make a complaint person who answered the phone claimed techs wore gloves but with the amount of oil I had on my hands after driving home and discovered on the outside of my car I don’t belive that or they wore the gloves in the car as well in fact I noticed how dirty the cashiers hands were when I was paying absolutely ridiculous no care or regard for customers belongings
