- CACrystal AlbrechtAug 14, 20265.0I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee latitude plus. Their customer service is truly amazing. I had all my questions answered knew how to handle everything with the other drivers insurance from finding out the insurance company they had and what could likely happen in my case what I could do to not have those problems or if they gave me a hard time about paying for the repairs. I haven't had my vehicle repaired yet but I highly recommend them they are very thorough and they truly want to make their customers happy. Once it's repaired I'll post those pictures which from what I kno heard n seen about them should be better then before I got hit. 5 starts all day. Thank you crystal u really made things a little lighter for me for this situation... đź‘Ťđź‘Ť

Kevin gave me a reasonable estimate, communication was great, parts were ordered and only took a week to get my truck in. The repair was estimated to take a week but it was done a day earlier. My Toyota Tacoma couldn’t have been in better hands. She was returned to me looking brand new. These guys know what they’re doing! Appreciate the good service.
- JRJohn RJul 24, 20265.0Kevin and the team at Action Auto did an amazing job painting my Trufiber hood for my Dodge Magnum SRT8. While it was there I also got the some of the trim freshened up and some other minor parts painted, rear wiper shaved off the trunk and they did an amazing job on that as well. I can't tell it was ever there. Kevin also sent me pictures and updated me throughout the process which was cool to see.

After obsessively Googling reviews to hopefully find a qualified shop, with honest practioners & good reviews, I stumbled upon Action Auto Body. From my 1st call to Chris last night, to dropping my baby off TODAY with Joe, to the incredibly friendly reception from Crystal at the front desk, I know I made the right decision. Chris even drove me home, saving my husband from having to pick me up. I will update my review once my van is ready, but kindness & compassion go a long way with me & I'm not embarrassed to say that they were a blessed balm, after the last 2 unfortunate & challenging days.
