    Was not happy with the person at the front desk. Said I was going to wait said it would be 4 hours. Took my keys never ask my name or what the problem was. Still having a problem with my AC not blowing cold air.

    I love these guys!! Fast and easy. Few months ago they helped me with snow on the spot! Also offered to pick me up because of a thunder storm on my last service! I lived across the street.. great place that has my loyalty!

    Made an appointment for correction of work done earlier at another shop and was told they couldn't do the work because of lack of technicians. They called and found that Monro Auto Service could accommodate my vehicle. From start to finish, an hour and a half, they were amazing! Leo, front desk, was very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back to Monroe!

    My experience with this shop was very disappointing. They did not meet the promised completion time, and my vehicle was returned with damage that was not there when I brought it in. Specifically, they damaged the hood of my car, which forced me to take it to another repair shop to have it fixed properly. I expected professional and reliable service, but unfortunately that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.
