Absolutely exceptional service! They took us in right away on a Sunday afternoon, gave us a great price, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and friendly. 10 out of 10 overall—highly satisfied and will definitely be back!

Mike was great in his job as service manager. Kept me updated and did it in a personable and professional manner. Antwon is a super tech. He has never let me down in the many times I have brought my van there.

Dropped off my new to me vehicle for a concern this morning, The warranty company from Carvana denied the repairs which I know they have ZERO control over, the once star comes from when I called backed after being told the manager would be reaching out to me to explain what was wrong in the next 10 minuets. I waited an hour and called back. I was placed on "hold" for the manager. The problem here is I was never placed on hold and could hear everything. The guy at the counter called the manager who said "this guy is an idiot for thinking it could be a wheel bearing or something. You cant hear that just tell him oh well and sell him tires" Well after hearing them both laugh at it that is when I hung up. I was an ASE certified mechanic at a chevrolet dealer for MANY years before changing fields. I NEVER liked shops like this but had no choice as it was the "certified and approved" place from carvana and Silverock. Again I am not mad at them for it being denied. But next time make sure you PRESS HOLD and not talk bad about the customer and say he is an idiot when they can hear it. Extremley un-professional..... I will NEVER come back here. again 15 years as an ASE certified mechanic at a Chevy dealer. I am pretty sure I know what I am talking about and just made them aware of what I thought it was.

I love Mr Tire. They keep my old vehicles running because I don't like todays vehicles with all the computers and sensors.
