  I would not get any work done here outside of an oil change, but then again even that might be too difficult for them to do correctly. My partner and I both got new tires from here & have had nothing but issues with them since. They completely messed up the rotors on my fiancé’s car, and my tires constantly lose air. Never getting tires or work done here ever again.

  Samantha and the team were great. I called due to a nail in my tire. I was able to go right in and not wait for an appointment. They diagnosed the issue quickly. My tire was only available at my dealer so they put the tire back on and provided enough air to ensure I would get there safely. They didn’t charge me even though, I took an hour of their time and labor. The team did great communicating updates the entire time they were diagnosing the issue. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

  Vehicles these days can be so complicated to fix yourself. My headlight went out on my truck. So I popped the hood and said uh ohh. I’m going to need a mechanic. I took my chance without an appointment and came to Mavis. They brought my truck back instantly. No questions asked. Freddy knew exactly what needed to be done. Take apart and put back together. (Who would have thought all this work for a headlight) But the guys knew the exact way to fix. Thanks guys for everything. A+ for Customer Service!! A+ for work done Need a great reliable spot to have your car fixed. I definitely recommend Mavis on 33.

  Had my 2010 Buick delivered to Mavis for multiple reasons. The technician diagnosed several issues most of which were minor, and fixed on the spot. Others, will be fixed at a later date. The service that was provided by the technician was A-1!! He was honest, talked to me like I was his mom, explained in detail what each problem was and what had to be done to fix it. I will definitely be bringing my business back to this store.

  Mavis was so great and helpful! I got in right away, I thought I needed a plug in my tire they let me know it couldn’t be fixed for safety reasons. They helped me find a tire that would work for my car and I got warranty on all 4 of my tires. They had the tire on stock and put it on that same day while we waited. They were patient and kind with my little 2 year old running around. They helped me figure out a great price for my tire and warranty for the future. Definitely go to Mavis on route 33!
