If I could leave a zero, I would. Scheduled an appointment online on Friday for Sunday. Manager called me late Saturday afternoon and tells me they can't put the tires on my truck because there lift can't handle an F250. Why the hell are they taking appointments for vehicles they can not service? Apparently the difunction is not just with the one store. Tried a different location before this for tires on my daughters car and got the same BS. Called me hours before the appointment to tell me they didn't have the tires and didn't know where they were. Also took my $25 reservation and never got it back. Avoid them like the Plauge!
