  This was my first time visiting this AutoZone, and I had one of the best customer service experiences, all thanks to Chloe. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me with everything I needed. Her excellent service made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Chloe, for going above and beyond, I’ll definitely be coming back!

  worst Autozone i bought some jumper cables to jump my car, the cables didn’t work i went back 30 minutes later to return them and the manager said i couldn’t do that. I had to go to Autozone Trenton and return them, i got my refund there.

  Anthony was so nice and helpful. Took me less than 10 minutes to buy new wiper blades and install them. In & out. Awesome!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ **1-Star Review** I had a very disappointing experience at the AutoZone Route 33 location. I came in as a customer looking for oil and an oil filter and waited for assistance but received none. After waiting, I used one of the store computers to look up the parts myself. An employee approached me asking did I work there, along with making unnecessary comments after learning I was a former AutoZone employee. The interaction quickly became unprofessional, with remarks being made about my appearance. When management became involved, I was immediately told to leave instead of being given an opportunity to explain what had happened or customer accommodation. What was most concerning was the behavior of the managers. Rather than de-escalating the situation or treating me with respect as a customer, I was met with insults and disrespectful language. One manager a used a derogatory term toward me, “r*******”, which I found extremely offensive and unacceptable from someone in a leadership position. The situation escalated to the point where police were called. Regardless of any misunderstanding, I remained calm as a customer should, and believe customers should be treated professionally and respectfully. Based on my experience, the customer service and professionalism at this location were far below what I would expect from AutoZone. I have filed a formal complaint and hope the company reviews the incident thoroughly. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
