- JRJose Reyes6 days ago1.0This place is not recommended they lot all my tire caps on both of my cars, don't let them check your ac unit they lost that cap also and my air filter cover they lost the caps that hold it in place. They take everything apart and never put it back the wat it was. On my first oil change they forgot to put all the screws back on my engine cover I started driving away and it was dragging on the street I had to drive back and they gave me a BS story. Horrible service .

I haven't had that done in years. The manager was very informative , and I believe James was the name of the person who did the oil change was such a pleasant young man.

Highly knowledgeable and her ability to relay oil change/car information on both highly detailed and basic levels related to my car’s needs was great. She made me feel very welcomed and a part of the team! I will always come to the Hamilton location moving forward!!
