  The team was quick and helpful. They explained the actions they were doing and also broke down the little issues in my car. They explained the difference in the oils and I never once felt pressured to buy more or do more. I got the air filter replaced at the same time as he educated me on the purpose of it being cleaned and I never did before. Richard, Hobbes and Carlton all did a great job. I will definitely be back.

  Terrible service. My 2025 Lexus RX350’s receipt said the “Oil Service Indicator Light” was reset — it wasn’t. I had to drive back, and the manager admitted he couldn’t reset it and told me to “look it up on YouTube.” They also put a sticker saying to return in 3,000 miles, even though Lexus requires 10,000 miles or 12 months with full synthetic. When I questioned it, the manager said it was “Valvoline policy,” then admitted it was wrong and offered to write the correct mileage on a piece of paper. Unprofessional, misleading, and a complete waste of time. I’ve already filed formal complaints. Avoid this location.

  EVERY time I have visited any valvoline gor an oil change in NJ the service has been exceptional. I have been to this location a couple times now and thru have been amazing each time. The young lady who I believe is the manager has exceptional service! She is always on the ball and goes well above and beyond to help you and make sure your experinece there is good. Communication was awesome as well and they truly dont pressure you to buy all the extra bells and whistles. They offer and educate you and allow you to make a decision. Makes me feel so much better and at ease than other companies or a private place! Will definitley continue to only use them for my oil changes!

  Great experience at Valvoline! The guys were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service from start to finish. A special shout-out to Rich, who provided truly top-notch service! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of while making the experience quick and easy. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about providing great customer service. Thanks to Rich and the whole team for a great experience! I’ll definitely be back!

  I am actually a former Master Automotive Technician, I was driving through town had some time on my hands and needed to get an oil change as I was way over the mileage for it due to lots of travel recently. The process at Valvoline was good, drive in like a fast food place, time was not crazy, people were nice, the failure came at the checking of oil part... They changed the oil, refilled it and the guy that has done this tons of times im sure came over with my dipstick and shows me the dipstick to get my approval that the oil was new, full and good to go ... I looked at it and it must have been at LEAST 1 quart too much, if not more. No problem, I said "im glad its changed but there is too much oil in there" (this is bad for the engine), he looked at me and said "Let me check it again", comes back, same thing. He said "Ok?", I said , "no, there is too much oil in there" he says "I dont know, let me ask the guy im working with", that guy confirms its too much, he then instructs them to drain some oil, he checks the oil comes over again asks me how it is ... still way over at least by a quart. This went back and forth until it was slightly over instead of A lot over. My concern is, how many oil changes has this guy done for people who didnt know any better and went along with the over filled oil? I thought Valvoline was better than Jiffy Lube (had never been there before but the brand carries more weight) and I was unpleasantly surprised. Never again, Ill just wait to go to my normal mechanic, (I havent done blue collared work in 18 years now).
