I was guided in to the facility and through each step of the way communicated with what to expect what they were going to do and how much the service was going to cost. There was no high-pressure sales to purchase anything additional. They educated me on what my next steps were and when my next service should be, and they talked me through every step of the oil change prior to doing it. The gentleman were educated, friendly and fast. Special thanks to Richard, James and Ryan. Thanks guys. See you in a few months!

I didn’t drive my car much after that until today, I got on the highway and my shield that they removed for the oil change is dragging because they never put it back on! I had to drive like that and went to a valvoline in Bristol where I was and they fixed it but I can’t believe how incompetent, if it snapped off then what? I’m really upset and I paid over $115 for my oil change too.

We even discussed other topics while his partner underneath the floor performed his work. He explained my options for oil and the prices accordingly. He brought up other things that might need replacement such as filters and wipers which I politely refused. There was never any hard upsale push which i appreciate and usually don't look forward to at other places. This is a great alternative to my regular mechanic when my oil needs changing and I dont want to make an appt and drop off the minivan for the entire day. I will be back!
