  I had an accident and filed a claim with Geico. First, I was a little surprised to see the picture associated with this location is a DUNKIN DONUTS, so I guess when you rent a car from a donut shop, you get what you expect. I called to confirm my reservation. My first call I got a recording and at some point someone picked up, said "Enterprise, please hold" and then put me on hold for another 12 minutes before I gave up. I called back and I have now been on hold for another 8 minutes and waiting. I guess it must be a busy day selling donuts.

  This place sucks. Reserved a premium vehicle for a family vacation a month in advance and the day before call to say they don't have one!

  We used Enterprise in Hamburg for the first time this weekend. My wife & I were treated very well, both pickup and return, by the staff. They had the exact vehicle we rented, which made the road trip super awesome. The vehicle was clean, full of gas, and ready to go. Drove very nice with zero issues at all. It even smelled nice inside. We were In and out in no time. Very satisfied customers. Thanks for helping create a kick arse road trip.

  Patrick rocks! Had some issues initially getting out of the store with the 1st person who helped. Patrick to the rescue. He heard the urgency in my voice and helped me get on the road as well as thoroughly answered my questions regarding the contract.
