I moved to the Northeast a few years ago from the south, and I have had to rely mostly on online reviews to find businesses for the services I need. After researching and reading reviews, I decided to take a chance on PJM Auto Detailing and I am so incredibly grateful I did. I am a first time customer and I brought my 11-year-old car in for a deep interior clean and exterior clean and detail and what I received was an incredible miracle! When I saw my car after Peter and his son finished and showed me the car I was in absolute awe and amazement and wanted to cry tears of joy. I couldn’t believe my eyes. He even took the time to clean under the hood. It is no exaggeration, my car looked and smelled like a brand new car! What impacted me even more than the results was the care, integrity, and heart behind the work….it was truly a labor of love. He stayed true to the original quote even though the labor took longer than the original time estimate. That kind of honesty and work ethic is rare, and it more to me than I can fully express. From the moment I walked into the shop, it reminded me of home and my dad who is a mechanic. There was a sense of hospitality, trust, and genuine care that you don’t come across often. I didn’t feel like just another customer, I felt like I was genuinely being taken care of. In a season where I’ve been navigating a lot—transition, new city, car decisions, finances, and life in general—this experience felt like such a wonderful gift. It wasn’t about just getting my car cleaned. It felt like I was being shown kindness, provision, and care in a way that went beyond the service itself.. I am so deeply grateful.
