  Firstly, I enjoy this car wash. The monthly rate is comfortable at $25 a month I find myself in the line weekly if not twice a week. The customer service is great and always friendly. It gives a good wash and the detailing stalls are good and I’m sure with time they will continue to make improvements as it is still new. My only complaint would be the tire shine. Every time I go through the car wash, I have to stop and wipe the shine off my rims and trim along the running board from the automatic application. I drive a “sporty” low car (Genesis G70) and the tires are low profile so there is not much tread for the automatic tire shine to apply to which leads to the shine globbing onto the rims every time (photos) and getting slung all over my door panels if I don’t wipe it off. Ideally, with the hopefully improving detail stalls, if there can be a tire shine station similar to the floor mat station, I feel it would solve some of the issue that I can’t imagine that I’m facing alone. Again, I like the car wash and this won’t prevent me from returning as it is a simple extra step of wiping them off (sorry for the black stained microfibers). But just leaving a review so maybe there can be an adjustment made if it seems beneficial enough.

  Excellent service always and my car is sparkling clean all the time, having a membership saves so much money honestly and it is unlimited. Car wash, vacuums, towels, air guns, car refreshers, wipes and sinks to wash your mats

  I came in for the first time last week having never been here before. I didnt know what to do and your employee Cole was able help me choose what wash I needed to keep my clean!

  Took my new Honda Pilot in for full wash service, came through with a poorly cleaned front and rear end. The rollers also scratched the paint in two spots, there was also grease thrown from the machines onto the paint that needed to be wiped up later but still left residue. I spoke immediately after to the manager Chris, who took photos and promised to call back in 3 days. It has now been 6 weeks and I've left multiple messages and have gotten no response. I have no recourse left but to say that the equipment here can damage your car and the management will lie to avoid you. I guess I shouldn't have been polite when it happened. UPDATE: It has been 5 days since the carwash responded to this review and they still have not reached out. Nothing has been addressed.

  Hackettstown finally has a decent drive-thru car wash. The wash cleaned my truck well. The vacuums have strong suction. There were plenty of clean towels to use. I like the indoor drying/vacuum area. It looks like they’re in the middle of installing mat wash stations which will be a plus. I think they’re open until 8pm. This is great for those of us who commute. If you get the membership you can use any of their locations. The staff were friendly. My only complaint is with the tire shine. It doesn’t seem to get applied evenly and one side of the truck received a heavy application while the other side received much less. Also, even though I used an applicator to spread the tire shine, after a 3 mile drive to my home, the side of my truck had tire shine splattered across both sides. Next time I’ll skip getting it. Overall it was a good experience. I would use them again. I hope they do well.
