  I honestly can't recommend Motor City Garage in Hackettstown enough! Whether it's routine oil changes, new tires, brakes, larger repairs, or even the unexpected - they consistently provide outstanding service. It's such a relief knowing I have a shop I can trust, and I always feel confident that my car is in the best hands! Maya at the front desk is absolutely wonderful! She is always so kind, welcoming, professional, and understanding. She makes every experience easy and stress-free, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the customers. Sasha, the owner, built an incredible business with a team that truly cares about their customers. Their honesty, knowledge, and attention to detail are why I continue to bring my car here. You can tell he takes pride in his work and in the way he treats people. It's rare to find a business that combines exceptional workmanship with such genuine customer care, but that's exactly what you'll find here. I can’t thank the ENTIRE team enough for everything they’ve done for me over the years. It’s comforting to know I have a place I can completely trust whenever my car needs anything.   Motor City garage is the best mechanic shop in town. They are honest and extremely professional. I have been working with Sasha and Jeremy for a few years with multiple cars and multiple repairs and they are always professional and honest but more importantly they fixed my car(s) correctly the first time.

  Motor City Garage is a "Hidden Gem" in Hackettstown! They are true professionals as well as caring & honest human beings! When I was there with my car they were timely, efficient and very considerate of my situation in relationship to the repair costs. Mia (Office Administrator) was even kind emough to drop me off at a rental car place while I awaited my car to be repaired! Just a terrific group to work with. They repair all vehicles, and are the only people I will bring my vehicles to. They are the Best!

  They were honest and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with my window. They really helped me out on short notice and I appreciate that they were open on a Saturday. Very fast service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

  amazing customer service. i went to multiple auto shops for a problem i was having and was told by one that they would have to take my bumper off to fix the problem. When I came here they fixed my problem in 10 minutes with no appointment. i’m very grateful for motor city garage!
