  I had the windshield replaced on my RR EVOQUE. The entire process was super easy. From scheduling the appointment, drop off and pick up. I received communication when they started working on my vehicle and when it was completed. My technician, Juan, met me at pick up and explained post installation instructions. I would definitely recommend this location. Great service!

  Excellent service, seamless process. I decided to wait while my windshield was replaced, their accommodations were comfortable and process took less than 2 hours. Everyone was pleasant. Highly recommended them.

  I strongly recommend proceeding with caution before allowing Safelite to repair minor windshield damage. I brought them a very small chip/nick that did not require windshield replacement. I relied on their trained technician to determine whether it was appropriate to repair, along with Safelite’s repeated assurances about their expertise, “Safelite Guarantee,” and nationwide lifetime warranty. Their pre-service email literally told me to “rest assured” that their experts would thoroughly repair the damage. Instead, the repair resulted in extensive cracking across my windshield. The same technician was also unable to complete my scheduled windshield-wiper replacement because he could not figure out how to remove/replace the wipers, which has understandably left me questioning the overall quality of the service I received. What has been even more frustrating is the runaround afterward. Rather than meaningfully addressing my concerns about this specific repair or the technician’s assessment/workmanship, Safelite has repeatedly given me generic explanations that windshield repairs can fail and has suggested that replacement was essentially unavoidable. Meanwhile, I am left with a windshield in substantially worse condition than before they touched it and potentially hundreds of dollars in replacement costs. This has caused an enormous amount of unnecessary stress over something that started as an extremely minor blemish. The guarantees and reassurance made me feel comfortable trusting Safelite with my vehicle, but my experience when something actually went wrong has been completely different. Based on my experience, I would only use Safelite if I had no reasonable alternative, and I would think very carefully before allowing anyone to repair extremely minor windshield damage. Consumers deserve to understand that a repair attempt can potentially leave them in a much worse—and much more expensive—position than where they started.

  The office was clean and neat. The garage with around 20 work locations was exceptionally neat and clean as well. That gives you a great feeling as soon as you walk/drive in. Scheduling was great and the work to complete my windshield replacement was perfect. You can’t get any better than that.
