These guys did a half ass job with an oil change.
I normally do my own oil, but because we were so busy with moving I didn’t have time. I just did the oil change on the car now that I have time to get under the car AND BOY DID MAVIS DO A HACK JOB! Instead of putting on a new silicone gasket or copper crush washer, they used an over sized washer, the remnants of the old silicone gasket, and black RTV glued it to prevent this thing from leaking. Because of this, it doesn’t have a proper seal anymore. Unbelievable.

I was desperate for a tire to be repaired and I came in here as my tire was leaking and I was about to get stuck on route 4 and Raja and his team took my tire and fixed it all within 15 minutes. I highly recommend coming here. I know it's five stars but I give them 10 stars. And everybody was extremely friendly and helpful.

Service was quick for my wheel alignment, rotation, and balancing. Making an appt was easy as well. Only 2 positive parts so only 2 stars, will not be returning for any future services since coupons on the website are not truly honored.
I brought my car in and the gentleman was was helping me told me that my cost would be $200 for the services. I told him there was the coupon on the website for a free rotation and wheel balance, tried showing him my phone. His coworker confirmed there is a coupon for it. I wait in the waiting area for my car. I get called to the desk and the same gentleman who checked me in was checking my car out. I tried seeing the screen to see what services were being done and he literally laughed and said "yes want to see it?" Yes because i had coupon off your website for services and wanted to make sure I was not being charged. Lo and behold, I was being charged for full price for everything again, I brought the coupon on my phone again and he told me it wasnt valid. I paid and left because honestly I felt so disrespected by the gentleman and completely turned off by my 1st experience with this place.
Future customers beware. They dont honor the coupons on the website or at least at this location and you will be laughed at by that employee for wanting to see the itemized receipt. I won't be back for any future services.
