Making an appointment means nothing. You’ll wait an hour+ either way. Went for an oil change and tire rotation, they didn’t do the rotation. Called the next day to see if they would take me but they told me I would have to wait which I was not trying to do again, said they would call me back, never heard from them again. The girl that works there is nice, the SOP needs improvement

I just got my tire checked out because there was a nail in my rear tire. Come to find out that the nail didn't go all the way through, I was given the key, and told to have a nice day. I was genuinely impressed and appreciative with their honesty, first class. I had to rush back to work, and in hindsight should have definitely gave more tip so my bad on that part. Most places, they would just said yea we plugged it, charge you, etc (I always check the plug after btw, most people don't). Anyways, keep it up guys, we need more honesty in this world. Highly recommend this spot
