  It’s not about the trucks, actually. It’s about the people who work here. Today, during the crazy flooding in the Hackensack area, something didn’t sound right while I was driving, so I pulled into this parking lot to check my car. I had my two little kids with me and was pretty worried. As I was looking at the car, three amazing guys came out to help. They took the time to inspect it with me and were able to do a temporary fix so I could safely drive home. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and generous with their time. I’m so thankful that this happened to be where I stopped. Thank you so much for your kindness. You made a stressful situation so much better!

Once you calculate driving 150+ miles, it’s actually cheaper or the same as U-Haul—except with way better equipment. ​Pro-Grade Fleet: All their 26ft trucks come standard with power lift gates. On my last trip, they handed me the keys to a brand-new 2026 Freightliner with only 600 miles on it! ​Modern Tech & Comfort: The truck handled like a dream and was fully loaded with modern safety tech—lane assist, front collision and following distance sensors, and power-adjustable mirrors. Anyone who has rented older commercial trucks knows the massive headache of jumping back and forth out of the seat to adjust manual mirrors; power controls are a game-changer. ​Bottom line: for the price, speed, safety features, and incredible handling, you’d have to be crazy to rent anywhere else. 10/10 service every single time!

  I’ve been renting a van from Fairmount Car & Truck Rentals every single week, and I can confidently say they are way better than Enterprise and Budget Truck Rental. The customer service is truly 10/10 always professional, fast, and easy to work with. No stress, no wasted time, just smooth service every single time. Their vans are new, super clean, and perfectly maintained. At this point, I don’t even consider renting anywhere else. If you want reliability, clean vehicles, and people who actually care about your business, this is hands down the best choice. Highly recommend.
