- NLNevaeh-Leh Events & Weddings, LLCSep 10, 20265.0I’ve been using Fairmount Truck Rental on a regular basis pretty much every week and I have to say that Patrick is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! His customer service is consistently exceptional. He is professional, dependable, accommodating, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. When you deal with a company as frequently as I do, having someone you can rely on makes all the difference, and Patrick has never disappointed. He makes the entire rental process easy and stress-free and always treats me like a valued customer. Patrick is truly an asset to Fairmount Truck Rental, and his level of service is one of the main reasons I continue to come back week after week. Great customer service deserves to be recognized, and Patrick definitely deserves the recognition! Highly recommend Fairmount Truck Rental and a huge thank you to Patrick for always taking such great care of me and my business needs!
- YYYaqubSep 7, 20265.0Great experience all around. I needed a rental last minute to pick up a toolbox, and they were able to help me out with no problem. The whole process was quick and easy, and everyone I dealt with was very friendly. Pat especially was awesome and made sure everything went smoothly. Definitely a 10/10 experience and they’ve earned a customer for life. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental!
