    Great experience! It was easy to secure a rental and I was provided a clean, well-presented car. The customer service was fantastic. At both pick up and drop off, I was greeted immediately and had a pleasant interaction with the reps. Professional, friendly, and kind.     I’ve rented from here quite a lot and the service is always great! Such an easy process as well, during pick-up and drop-off. Sarah is also a great employee who is very helpful

    Initially, I was provided with a car that had a broken windshield and a non-functional rear camera. Due to these issues, I had to call and request a replacement vehicle. The second car I received had a very strong cigarette smoke odor. It appeared that excessive cleaning solution or perfume had been used to mask the smell. Unfortunately, the strong chemical scent persisted throughout the entire seven-day rental period and caused significant discomfort. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
