- DMD McCray1 day ago3.0Very professional and polite But I don't understand why it's needed to tighten down the oil filter so tight I've been a mechanic for over 40 years it requires hand tight and a 3/4 to full turn on the oil filter even looked it up to make sure over tighthing can cause damage to the vehicle I hope this can be corrected

Jim worked on my vehicle and he was very thorough and showed me things like my air filter just to indicate its health. They didn’t mind explaining the difference in oil to me so I could make the most informed decision on what I wanted. I really appreciate their time and attention to detail. Plus- you get a free car wash in the back. Can’t beat that! Check their website for some coupons before you go.

I will say what separates valvoline is how they’re structured to get you in, do a good job on what you’re there for, and get you out. Exactly the way I like it. I also really like how they give you what you want. They don’t try and sell you on something you don’t need. If you don’t need it they don’t push. Another excellent part of their service structure. I will from now on only go to valvoline for oil changes.

The oil is superior and I can attest to that as I have over 400,000 miles on my car and 75% of those oil changes were completed at this location.
