  My experience there was a pleasant one. They had accommodations to sit with my computer while my car was being serviced. The employees were very helpful and friendly.

  I replaced My Tesla windshield a few months ago. I am experiencing a problem now but I cannot reach the store personal on the phone to ask a simple follow up question So after the owner's response, I was able to make an appointment online. The problem is that the new glass blocks my EZPASS. I wish they informed me of that either before or right after the replacement. Other people should be aware, if you use Safelight, your EZPass may not be read afterwards.

  Good experience with Safelite! Worked in conjunction with my insurance company to great satisfaction. All in all, an easy fix to the damage done to my window. I also cannot say enough about my technician Avery who was wonderful both as a professional but also as a person. As I said, a good experience.

  we recently discovered a large crack in the front windshield of our car in our driveway. We had been away a few weeks and didnt notice it until we returned and planned on using the car. After contacting my Auto Insurer they got me connected with Safelite Auto Repair. I made an appointment over the phone with a courteous kind young lady and we were set to have the repair done right at our home. A friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and patient young man Daniel came to our aid. He repaired the windshield, recalibrated it and we were all set to go in just a few hours. We definitely would use Safelite again if needed and will be sure to pass this great job on to all family and friends. A Duda
