  The process was smooth when it came to appointment day. I had a time frame between 8am and 1 pm. Technician Jesse showed up a little before 12. He kept in contact throughout as u was not with my vehicle. Left the key in the car and all went well. New windshield looks great. 4 stars instead of 5 only because I originally made an appointment and had to be rescheduled due to my windshield not available (totally understandable). Said they would call to reschedule when it came in and after two weeks I thought it was strange I never heard from them. When I called, the scheduler saw that someone deleted the whole thing instead of just cancelling the appointment, so I had to start for the beginning. Once I rescheduled my appointment, they had to reschedule again due to the part not available (as it was never ordered previously due to cancellation) and it was delayed a few more days. Once ordered though, it came in quickly and was able to make an appointment shortly after that for my schedule. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend.

  Safelite is an amazing glass replacement company that’ll come to you at no cost besides replacing your windows/windshield. The technician was kind and caring. Daniel guided me through the process and the requirements after placement.

  The Freehold NJ location repaired the cracked windshield on my Subaru plus recalibrated the Eyesight software quickly and professionally. The cost was fully covered by my insurance, no deductible. The waiting room was clean and roomy with chairs and tables available. The staff was very friendly and the technician explained everything in a clear noncondescending manner. I highly recommend this location!

  Speaking only with regard to the Freehold location -- windshield was installed but leaked so had to be redone. Unnecessary inconvenience. The installer broke my exterior mirror. This facility made me wait over four months for a replacement mirror. Unacceptable. ACROSS THE BOARD WITH SAFELITE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTANT.

  I got my windshield replaced by this facility about a year ago. Recently I had another company install another new windshield, they called me as soon as they removed the cover of my camera to inform me that the camera for the safety system on my vehicle was held on entirely by electrical tape. Not only did they break the mounting tabs off on the ‘new windshield’ I paid for, the proceeded to willing put myself and others lives at risk by incorrectly mounting the camera that controls my vehicle staying between the lines. I’ve been sick to my stomach thinking about all of the loved ones I’ve had in my vehicle that were at such a risk. It’s despicable this place brands its self as professional and I have never been so dissatisfied. I’m grateful I did not go back to them to replace my windshield a second time. Anyone who has had a windshield don’t by these people I would recommended removing the plastic cover around your camera and making sure they aren’t putting you and your families at risk either.
