  Brought my Avalanche here for an air bag indicator light which was attributed to an air bag recall. Lester Glenn replaced airbag. Before leaving, I noticed that the airbag light was still on. When I asked dealer about the light, they told me that there would be an additional $215 diagnostic fee, since this was a related issue? Note: This was not a part of their assessment in their recommendations. Since the recall issue took almost three hours, instead of two, and due to lack of time I declined the additional fee and diagnostic. Before leaving I asked why my car was the only one that hadn’t been washed. The rep said that it was washed, and that they didn’t detail cars, which wasn’t my question. After looking again I confirmed that it wasn’t. The rep asked me to wait an additional 10 minutes so that they could run it through their car wash. Maybe she made a mistake, but she was so adamant in her statement that it made the exchange totally unacceptable. I won’t be returning here for any service.

  This was the worst experience my wife and I ever had with a car dealership. My wife is disabled and depends on her car for doctor visits and treatments. They only cared about how they could get outta covering the repairs under the warranty. It was the worst experience we ever had when it came to customer service. They basically have no customer service and when you ask them a question they dont give a straight answer. They want to get out of covering any work under the warranty. Then when they succeeded in getting out if the warranty work they charged us some made up fees before we could get the car towed. It was a horrible experience all the way around i wouldn't buy another car from them or recommend them to anyone. How there even still in business is a mystery to me. If your thinking of buying a car there run away before its to late!!! Please i wouldn't wish this experience on my enemies let alone a disabled person.
