  I had a great experience leasing my car from Steve. He listened to us and worked with us so we could a car that met our needs. He did a great job in making sure the process went very smoothly.

  Possible one of the shadiest dealerships I’ve been too . After having a horrible experience in there Tom’s river location and leaving with a squeaky belt . They offer to pay to fix it so I drive over a hour to the freehold store with an appointment and after 2 hours they tell me they don’t have the belt in stock. I offer to pay the difference for the HD belts and they tell me don’t worry about it come back and we’ll put them on for you . Now I drive back to the dealership again to wait 3 hours for the 1hr job to be done . The service writer Doug apologized and began to tell me the HD belt was hard to put on I drive home just to find out the used a gates non hd belt on my 2022 Tahoe . They couldn’t even use a AC eleven after I offered to pay the difference. Please be careful with this dealership !

  Steer clear from this joke of a place. They put transport rules in place and when they’re followed, the person in charge throws a fit because said directions they implement are followed. Not sure how business is done like that but I will let everyone I know to stay away from this joke of a place

  I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Explorer from Lester Glenn Chevrolet and needed to return for service. Luke Stewart was my service advisor and I could not have been more happy with the way I was treated. He knew exactly who I was when I pulled up, provided ongoing updates throughout the day, and went out of his way to ensure I was happy. I would also like to recognize the technician who serviced my car, as he also went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with their service. I unfortunately don’t have his name but I’m sure management at Lester Glenn can identity who serviced the vehicle that day. As I mentioned when I purchased the truck, this is a different type of dealership and I would highly recommend people consider them when purchasing a vehicle.

  I had a great experience working with Sam throughout the entire car-buying process. From the first conversation, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to—never pushy, just genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. What stood out most was how responsive and straightforward he was. No games, no pressure—just honest communication and a real effort to help me find the right vehicle for my needs. Buying a car can be stressful, but Sam made it smooth and actually enjoyable. If you're shopping for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Sam. He definitely earned my business and my recommendation.
