  Had a fantastic purchasing experience at Freehold Subaru. Initially found a great deal on a used 2023 Forester Premium with all the safety features and options on the internet. One of the standout things from the listing was the vehicle was serviced well and they added brand new tires before listing the vehicle for sale. After registering my interest via email, Debbie reached out to me very quickly and we were able to discuss OTD price over the phone. Once I got in, Brian Hynes helped out my father and I and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Took the vehicle for a test drive and everything checked out. Sat with Brian for awhile to finalize purchasing options with our trade in (which we received a fair price on). Noting it was a busy Saturday afternoon, so while we waited to speak with finance, Brian took care of our insurance registration with our insurance company (very efficiently). After finally sitting down with Yuliya from finance, she walked us through all of our options carefully and explained what each piece of paperwork was before signing. Overall Freehold Subaru has an incredible team, everyone I've interacted and met with were super professional and kind. What I appreciated the most was there weren't any high sales pressure/shenanigans or random add on fees that popped out of nowhere. 5/5, would love to purchase a vehicle from them again! One minor con I would say, was after I made it back home. I realized the keys were low on battery so had to get those replaced. It would've been nice if the dealership also checked the battery level on the keys.

  Associates were very cooperative, understanding, and beyond helpful assisting me in finding a vehicle. They were honest, cared about my needs as a customer, and showed much enthusiasm in my visit. Sean, Brandon, and Yulia make an excellent sales team and made my trip to Freehold Subaru very worth it.

  Like the car, Legacy Subaru, but disappointed about the reduction of warranty coverage from 4 years 40,000 miles down to 1 yr, 12,000 miles after signing. I should have asked them to lower the price because of that false promise. Especially because now if I want to buy coverage it's $3,000. That's tough for an old senior on a very low pension. Also, I had an appointment to test drive the car I wanted, a blue Honda Accord, but they sold it to someone else 10 minutes before my appointment 😞

  We had a wonderful experience getting our new car from Freehold Subaru. Sean was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and stress-free and took the time to answer all of our questions. We also really appreciate Sean’s manager Brandon and the entire team for providing such excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with our purchase. We are very happy with our new car and extremely pleased with the service we received. Thank you, Brandon, Sean and the Freehold Subaru team, for making our car-buying experience such a great one! We highly recommend Freehold Subaru.

  Our experience was wonderful! From the time of our phone call to inquire about the vehicle through the purchase of the vehicle. On our phone call Debbie was very friendly and helpful. Promptly sending the details and pricing of the vehicle and answering all our questions. We were driving from Connecticut to look at and purchase the vehicle and they were very accommodating to us. Gary was also very friendly and great to work with. He showed us the vehicle and brought us out on a test drive. He answered all of our questions and honored our requests. And we had a lot of them. He made us feel very relaxed and never rushed us even after he knew they had the sale. He went above and beyond to be sure we were happy and satisfied with their service. Dave was another member of the team that was friendly and helpful who assisted in the paperwork for our purchase. And if you are there on Thursday you get to meet Paco, a golden doodle, who is also very friendly and sweet! We had a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this car dealership!
