  I had a wonderful experience buying my Subaru WRX, and I couldn’t be happier with both the car and the service I received. Randy was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He genuinely cared about addressing my needs, and I never felt pressured The entire process was smooth, and stress-free. Randy took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority at this dealership. I definitely recommend Freehold Subaru.

  I have NEVER had an actual pleasant experience car shopping - until I stepped into Freehold Subaru .. from the minute we stepped inside, we knew we were in the right place ! Each and everyone who talked to us made us feel they were there for US . Strange right ? They asked what they can do to make us happy .. was considering going to different car dealers that morning - however , I drove away with a new car in a short time , no hours going back and forth with numbers, no frustration ! If you are thinking about a new car, RUN don’t hesitate . They are amazing !! Donna

  The entire experience with Freehold Subaru was easy peezy, professional and painless. We had a short period of time and was not able to sit there for too long. But Mike Moursy, our salesman, did a great job getting us out in plenty of time. Steve Boyce, one of the managers, assisted as well and also did a great job. This is our second vehicle from Freehold Subaru and both times have been a great experience. Highly recommend shopping there and asking for Mike to assist you.

  We were looking for an additional 2024 Forester and saw this low mileage Forester online. We got a some additional info by text from Kim and decided to visit Freehold Dodge Subaru to check it out. We were greeted by Randy Watson who took us for a test drive, presented us with a fair deal and long story short we bought it and drove it home in a couple hours. Really enjoyed the whole experience with Randy and are quite pleased with our purchase.

  I do not have enough good things to say about the team at Freehold subaru! I am out of state and this is the first time that I bought a car sight unseen. When I told Debbie Piccoloni what I was looking for she got me in contact with Eugene Pascucci who then took the time to send me a full video of the car and explain any details that I had asked about. Both Debbie and Eugene were absolutely fantastic and extremely professional to work with. They both made me feel at ease And were willing to take the steps to show me the car in great detail. And when Eugene had gone on vacation he left me in great hands with Debbie and Brandon Jones their fantastic sales manager. They truly treated me like family! Then when I had trouble with the people I chose to ship my car to me it was BDC manager Brandon Helicher to the rescue. He was able to talk to a shipping contact of his and very quickly had my car shipped out to me going the extra mile once again! When I received my car I was more than excited. I'm very happy with my purchase! This is a group of people that I absolutely trust now. And if I was to ever buy again, I would trust buying sight unseen Once again. So if anyone is looking to buy subaru, this is the team I would choose hands down.
