  Easy to work with, hard to reach over the phone sometimes but I left my car there Tuesday unexpectedly and had it back by Thursday. Good communication with my mechanic

  Got a brand new 2026 Charger Scat Pack from here a few weeks ago. The number they brought out to me was the number advertised. Steve K was straight with me and I wouldn't have bought the car if their math didn't match mine. There really wasn't any hidden BS. Had a small issue with the car that turned out to be nothing, but Greg in service took me very seriously and didn't try to push me off. Quick turnaround and gave me a real answer. I'm very impressed, this place actually seems legit!

  Generally, I dread the thought of going to a car dealership. To me, it is worse than going to the dentist. The experience at Freehold Dodge & Ram could not have been better! They were more than professional, as they were polite, honest, efficient, and there were no surprises such as hidden fees. Gary was awesome. So informative and funny. Steve and the rest of the finance crew were warm and easy going. All in all, just a great experience for having to go to a car dealership. . Also great price on the vehicle! Highly recommend them!!

  Worked with John over in Sales. Honestly one of the best experiences purchasing a vehicle. No pressure, flawless transaction. Came In at the numbers we wanted to meet. Love the vehicle we purchased. Also the dealership had a significant selection of new and used trucks which we were in the market for. The aura on the floor is very calm and easy going. After test driving we were able to finish our errands while John and the crew took care of the paperwork so all we had to do was go over the contract and short signing period. The prep team cleaned the truck beautifully as well! All around great place to purchase a new or used vehicle!

  I don’t do a lot of reviews however I just needed to leave feedback for this business. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. First and foremost Aaron our salesman was amazing. We had our two littles with us and he was very engaging with them. My 6 yr old son really bonded with him over Pokémon cards. He actually gave my son so many Pokémon cards every time I thought wow that’s a lot of cards he found more to give him!! Even going to his car to pull from his personal collection and including my 2 yr old daughter by bringing her Disney collection Pokémon cards!!! He really went above and beyond. Next I would like to thank Dylan the manager who was helpful from the beginning. We drove from PA and he helped guide us from the first phone call to ensure a smooth and easy transaction with same day purchase. Valerie with finance was also very sweet and helpful through the buying process as well as after with any questions or concerns. She was professional while being personable at the same time. I would also like to thank Art one of the owners for everything! He went out of his way to drop off a loaner to fix some minor issues also had them buff out a couple minor scratches before returning our Yukon. He was so accommodating they even returned vehicle on Full. He is such a nice guy… he said “I’m not about to make you drive back out here I’ll pick it up and drop off a loaner and return it back to you”!!! Thank u again that was greatly appreciated. Last but not least Brandon who made sure all problems were fixed and kept in contact as well as worked quickly and efficiently to address any and all problems!! If I missed anyone I apologize because honestly everyone we encountered through this process at Freehold was friendly and helpful!! I would definitely recommend buying from Freehold Dodge and Subaru to anyone looking to buy!! Great team for sure!!
