We had a very disappointing experience with the service department, led by Jon.
We purchased a replacement key from them and scheduled an appointment to have it programmed. When our technician arrived, Jon scanned the wrong QR code, causing our technician to wait for over an hour before the mistake was discovered. After finally scanning the correct QR code and pairing the key to the vehicle, Jon stated that an error code appeared.
Unfortunately, instead of offering a solution, troubleshooting the issue, or providing guidance on the next steps, he simply handed the key back to our technician and said he couldn't program it. After nearly two hours of wasted time, we left without a working key or any resolution.
The lack of communication, problem-solving, and customer service was extremely frustrating. We expected much better support after purchasing the key from this dealership. Overall, it was a very poor customer service experience, and I hope management takes steps to improve how situations like this are handled in the future.
Called and scheduled for service on my Dodge. I bring it in the day of the appointment to get a call in the morning saying that it might be a day or two before they diagnose the problem. So what is the point of setting up and scheduling if you're just going to keep the car for a few days? Horrible horrible service department not to mention any repairs or parts so you probably won't see your car for a few days

Sales experience was great. Louis was an excellent sales rep. No pressure but definitely made me feel like a better deal was possible and kept me interested. I was disappointed in the shop department. I was told I would be given a 1/2 tank of fuel and barely received 1/4. Also the oil change was 6,000 miles overdue. How was that missed when they publicize the countless points of inspection. It was $37,000 purchase. Maybe not a big deal to them but it is sizable to me

Just picked myself up a dodge charger daytona 392 and going through freehold dodge and ram was the best decision i couldve made, louis was my sales man and he killed the game, very knowledgable, easy to talk to and can relate to what your looking for, he got me through every step of the process and answered any questions as accurately and honestly as possible, if your looking to get into a new vehicle i would come to freehold dodge and ram and speak with louis hes the hookup, great team great pricing and they have you in and out, easiest process i couldve went through, big shoutout to these guys for making it happen
This is my second great experience at this dealership. I owned my first Ram 1500 for almost 8 years. I bought it at Freehold Dodge and Ram. They serviced and maintained it the whole time. I just bought my second Ram 1500, the process was as smooth and easy as it was the first time 8 years ago. My sales rep was great. He listened to what I wanted in my new 1500, and to what I could afford to pay, and made it happen. I also plan on having them maintain this new one also. If you’re in the market for a Doge or Ram, I would recommend this dealership. No silly games, no smoke and mirrors and no dog and pony show. They find what you want/need and make it happen on your budget. The whole process of my trade in, finding the right Ram for me and finalizing the deal literally took less than 3 hours this past Saturday. I signed all the paperwork and picked it up on Tuesday evening. I couldn’t be more stoked for my new ride.
