    Great customer service and really helped me in a pinch get my rental a day sooner than I originally requested. We will definitely be using them again. We only rent from enterprise and have never had issues. We’ve heard some pretty awful rental stories from friends who have used “cheaper” places.

    Had an appointment for 1000, arrived on time. Only one representative was on duty and there were two customers ahead of me, no problem. Finally when I was served they do not have a car available in mid-size which is what I reserved, so I was offered a compact. There were other cars available one level up from mid-size. I did reserve a mid-size, he explained he could have one available later in the day around 1600. I set my appointment for 1000 for a reason I needed the car then. So I took the compact of course it was dirty, and the ride was horrible, I was driving to Baltimore, and then on to Northern Virginia. I rented before and was offered an upgrade if the vehicle I reserved was not available. To make matters worse I never recieved my contract via email. This whole experience was no joy. I explain all this to the manager when I returned the vehicle, he of course apologize and would speak with the employee. I walked away feeling like it was just another day for, and that customer service was not that important. If I continue to use Enterprise I definitely not use that office, which unfortunately is close to my residence, but not it's not worth going there because of the lack of care for the customer.

    The roadside assistance center told me that I could leave the rental car locked in front of my house to be towed (due to it not working properly), and I could return the keys to the Enterprise storefront later in the day. They assured me that the car could be towed while I was at a doctor's appointment without the keys. Instead, the towing company called me while I was at the doctor to say they were at my house and couldn't tow the car without the keys. I told the towing company that I was given misinformation and could not get the keys to them. I returned the keys to the storefront as instructed and told the manager there what happened. The manager at the storefront assured me that they would arrange the towing. Later in the day, the towing company called me again when I wasn't home. I chose not to answer the call. The car was gone when I returned home. The next morning the towing company called for the 3rd time while I was out and said they didn't see the car they were supposed to tow. They sat outside my house for at least 40 minutes. I know this because I arrived home while they were still sitting there. Enterprise wasted time and money having the tow company come out twice when the car couldn't be towed: once because the keys were not available and once because the car had already been towed! Plus, I kept getting phone calls about the towing when I had nothing to do with it. This total lack of communication within the company does not qualify as "exceptional service" as promoted on the storefront phone message that I heard repeatedly everytime I called the storefront. Shame on you.
