Amazing! My engine light came on. So I went to AutoZone to test it for free. Turns out it was my gas cap. The young man offered to twist the cap , he said if the engine light doesn't go off after driving it a little, then I would need a new one. He said they are 12.00. So greatly appreciated him.

This 1 star is ONLY for the product that I bought at this location, I have never had any issues with the store or employees in the years that I've been going there. I came into the store on January 7th because I was out of windshield washer fluid, normally I buy the RainX -20 or -30, but they didn't have anything besides the Shop Pro -20 on the shelves. So I bought two bottles of it for a total of $10.64 as shown in the one picture. My first thought was "why is this the same color as the regular warm weather one", could be confusing. Anyway, I poured 1 gallon in and still have 1 gallon of this crap product sitting in my garage. The afternoon of January 23rd, I noticed there was blue liquid on the ground and frozen blue liquid handing from my bumper. After the snow storm, I was digging out on the 26th and that's when these pictures were taken. At the point, the (either the real or feels like) temps were not close to -20. So now, I have to pay to have the reservoir replaced because this Autozone product was BS. When the store replies, can you include information on where I file a claim with Shop Pro?

I came today to get a headlight bulb and had no idea what I was doing and Diego helped me install it. He helped me for 10 minutes out in the 10 degree weather, and I just thought he deserved a shout out for going above and beyond. Wow! Excellent customer service! I came in with a concern regarding my headlight bulb replacement and was disappointed coming from another autozone I had gone to. I decided to try this location and called. Alejandro was very eager to help and advise me to come in for a second opinion. He assisted me, guided me with exchanging to the right piece I needed.
