I’ve been to this Mavis location twice and had excellent service both times. Technicians are courteous and give realistic timelines for service. Pricing is reasonable and service is quality. Bought a warranty on my tires and upon return saved $150 as a result. Highly recommend this service center, good honest people doing good work.

This place is horrifying. The first time I went. The guy at the front desk was about to give me someone else's car before i could say anything, I'm guessing because I was also black. I had to stop him in the process. Then when I told him I had a slow leak tire he informs me that I would have to leave the car a few hours before even being looked at which makes no sense seeing as I already told him the issue so there was no need for diagnostic just quick patch up. But I chose the understanding route and decided to come back later with an appointment. When I came with appointment I was told the same thing. Which is crazy because i made an appointment for the specific issue and i was told if i just come back in an hour that someone who decided to wait would be serviced first . I've been to other Mavis Shops and the wait time is usually only while they are servicing your vehicle to make someone wait for an hour and not even guarantee that they will touch your car is outrageous. Not to mention the guy couldn't stop touching his nose like he had a sniff problem. Just gave me weird vibes. Im not an impatient person but the way they handled business was not the most professional. I later drove in to a busy shop where they didn't even speak English and was out with repair in 40 minutes.

I had a great experience at Mavis for my wheel alignment. The service was excellent, and the pricing was fair.
I especially want to thank Kedor for his outstanding customer service. He was very friendly, professional, and attentive. I stopped by the day before, but the shop was very busy, so he scheduled an appointment for me and made the whole process easy and convenient.
The work was completed perfectly, and I really appreciate the great service. I highly recommend this location!
