The whole process was very efficient from ordering the tires on line to making the appointment. Work was started when I came in and I was out when I was told I would be. Highly recommend. Been to other Mavis’s and this was a much better experience.

Loved this place first time coming here because I needed an oil change. I made an appointment for 5 and got here a little late due to work related issues and the staff was really kind and accommodating. The gentleman in the front desk was kind and understood. Will be coming here now on for them to service my car.

Kedar and Eric took care of me immediately as I pulled in with my car as my tire pressure light came on while driving. I didn’t have an appointment but had to go to work so was short on time and they inspected everything promptly and were able to get me back on the road within 45min. Great service! Thank you

I had all four tires replaced prior at this shop and it was still under warranty. I got a flat on one of the tires and called in to make sure they got the same tire and they said I can come any time today. I showed up and suddenly they don’t have availability and told me I have to come back on a different day. I called different location on my way out and they replaced my tire under 20min and covered replacement under warranty despite me wanting to pay full price for the replacement. This location’s service is absolute trash and I wont be coming back. There are good Mavis discount tire locations but this one isn’t it.

Highly recommend, the service at this Mavis location is top tier. I called ahead to see if they were able to take my car as a walk-in due to one of my tires losing air unexpectedly. Despite being the last hour of the day, they were able to take me in with no issue. They addressed the cause immediately and I was out of there with the tire fixed within less than 30 mins! Although this was a minor fix, I do appreciate the care and consideration they took to get the tire issue resolved in a fairly quickly manner.
