  It was amazing!! Worked with jay, she was able to pull off what I thought was impossible. She was able to get the vehicle that I requested at short notice. Arrived, vehicle was ready to go, did paperwork electronically and was out the door with a smile on my face. Thank you again to Jay who was fantastic at meeting my needs for the vehicle that I requested! I will definitely be a reoccurring customer at this location. If anyone needs to rent, this location is the place to rent from and Jay is the contact to link with for the rental!!

  Terrible service, I had made a reservation days before for a wedding and they cancelled it less than a day before. They had no resolution, and the service was absolutely terrible. Can’t believe they treat their customers with such lack of respect, when they were trusted for an important event.

  I reserved a car on the Enterprise website from the "Exotics Division."I called and asked about vehicle options in my class and was told me the price I reserved on the ENTERPRISE website was too low. They refused to rent me a car and then cancelled my reservation. Days before Thanksgiving I might add. How can any respectable company not honor the agreement and prices on their own website? I feel like that tells you everything you need to know. I spoke with Ken, from Enterprise Customer Service, who was a comically terrible customer service rep. At first he told me he was looking into it and then never called back. After I reached out again he said "oh did I not call you back?" and then offered no options or solutions. The most absurd part to me is that I've rented from Enterprise 30+ times and likely would have continued to be a long term customer. All of this was over a difference of maybe $500 total (likely less). Shockingly bad in my view.
