  Rented a car over a week ago, still waiting for the contract to be closed so my deposit is returned. In the second day of the rental, dash light came on. Called the branch, zero solution. Called about extending my rental, was approved and charged without my consent. Contacted escalations, zero follow up. Contacted escalations again regarding the deposit, was told to call the branch. Currently on hold with the branch, phone was picked up for one second, set back on hold, and now I’ve been waiting so long the branch has closed for the day. I’ve been a decades long customer but this will be my last interaction with them.

  Awesome vehicle rental from Enterprise Fort Lee. They always have the best quality vehicles and amazing customer service. Frank is the best, always kind and caring. Great team!

  This Enterprise is the best! The people are professional, friendly & very helpful! The only drawback is the amount of stairs to get to the office. However, the staff is very accommodating to customers challenged by the stairs. The car was exactly what I wanted!

  Worst customer service. I made prior reservations during the week to pickup on Monday at 8AM so I can drop my car off at the shop at 9AM. Got my rides in order so I can implement this schedule and be on time for work. I get to Ent at 7:50AM to pick up the car and they say they don’t see the reservation and that I have to pay out of pocket for the difference. I asked how that is my problem that you guys messed up with the reservation. I also show them my call log to show that I called to make the reservation. The lady in front tells me not to be rude. Asking how you guys messing up my reservation is my problem is me being rude? Since you guys messed up and ruined my planned schedule, you guys should be accommodating. Not telling me that I am rude. Then I am told that they will call me once someone returns a car. It’s 3PM and no call yet. Ridiculous! You guys messing up my reservation is not my problem! You guys just need to do better or at least be accommodating! Never using Ent Fort Lee again!
